  1. Living in an absolute dream world.
  2. We've won as much as they have in the past 40 years though haven't we? We aren't exactly a bastion of stability or success. The kid might as well push like fuck for a move to Boro or Portsmouth or Wigan. What a tit saying stuff like that, when you're meant to be a fan of NUFC and aware of all that the club has to offer in comparison to daft little clubs like Cardiff.
  3. Plenty does for me, he's a more imposing physical presence for a start.
  4. Forgot about that. Must have flashed his knob in a park or something at least. He's not averse to fucking birds up: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2083816/Liverpool-star-Stewart-Downing-arrested-punching-ex-girlfriend-nightclub.html I'm really behind the new club policy, so will be fucked off if we don't give this a whirl.

  6. Fairly mocking post just for the sake of it. Liverpool form aside he's lots better than most of our current options out wide. Get a similar player from France then fine, although I don't think it's healthy packing the whole squad full of French players and there's something to be said for getting a few players of other nationalities in. Not really, I would just rather we signed players because they are quality rather than being less shit than some of our weaker players. He has been at Liverpool for 2 years and is 29 years old. I can't see his form improving. Not sure anyone who is saying they wouldn't be disappointed if we signed him (including me, obvs) are saying it simply because they're less shit than our weaker players. He's a good player and is proven in the Premier League, so has a head start on a lot of alternatives and would add a bit of variety amongst all of the other French/unproven/never-been-there-before players. Don't see why his form can't improve, he's hit a rut at Liverpool like most Dalglish signings did.
  7. 43 goals and 70 assists in 411 games, aye he's marginally better than Jonas/Obertan.
  8. Just no way. You're off your heads.

  10. I'd like to hear Brummie's verdict, I'd rather spend a couple more million on Ince or Sinclair too but compared to Jonas/Obertan this guy could and would be ace.
  11. Is it, looks better Possibly. Whatever, he's still shite. Man, he's not shite man. He showed himself to be a capable winger for Boro and Villa. For the level we're at I think we can forget about a poor spell at Liverpool.
  12. I'd 100% have him in our squad, unless his wages are outrageous.

    Alan Pardew

Just wondering about Joe Kinnear and whether he's a better bet now. Really not sure. It was marginal, then Kinnear was coherent in an interview then claimed the credit for signing Remy. It's very close now.
  14. When does it become a big enough sample to say for certain that signing sexual deviants is now official club policy? Would we need to sign another few yet?

Don't really like baths so will have a transfer shave later on instead.
  16. Doesn't matter. He's in Scotland. Which is where Fergie started, remember. And a shit load of the best managers over the years. And Graeme Souness Steve Kean. Alex McLeish Limmy.
  17. The bit where Ted turns the light off then realises he's forgotten something so switches it back on and Dougal gets up out of bed like it's morning is immense.
  18. "But then again we could end up in the Championship" man. Disgraceful that this attitude exists in the camp, but not at all surprising.
  19. They were hardly a secret tbf Pretty stupid when he himself is complaining about other clubs coming in when info gets into the press though.
  20. Got a fantastic chance of the title IMO. Me too. Ah that reminds me, I had a dream that Man Utd beat Man City 12-5 last night, why the fuck did that happen?
  21. I genuinely feel like I don't have a lot of stress or hassle in my life that I can put down to being in London, I suppose I must just be used to it. When I first moved down here I thought it was pure bedlam though. May well be true but I know your travelling on to work & hours at work will be worse than mine. I'm a lazy fucker though. I'm really lucky travel-wise, I should get the bus because it's cheaper but have worked out that getting the tube allows me to get out of bed at 8am and rush like fuck to get out the door by 8.30 and still get in by 9. My hours at work have fluctuated like hell, I rarely work more than 40 or so hours a week at the minute but have went through spells there where 50-55 hours was normal, and I can feel it getting busier again. I'm also a lazy fucker but will put in the extra work and travel if/when needed. The underground is the pits at times, rush hour on that thing is when I really need to rein myself in and not get pissed off by the inhumanity of it all.
  22. Me too man, can't wait. We get Gomis and another we should be okay. Woo hoo!
