Would have thought Krul is young enough and keen enough to start most games. The intensive schedule could benefit his development but I trust our coaches will be on top of it and know if/when we're over working him.

He's a good player. Liverpool will get a better, less embarrassing, offer before the window shuts.

I don't understand why everyone is trying to work out how to fit all three of Ba, Cisse, and Carroll into a system. We have European football, two domestic cups, and the league to contend with. Ba and Cisse will not be playing every game. We've already shipped out Best and Lovenkrands. We need decent players to come in that we can rotate. Carroll would be to us as Crouch was to Spurs.

Why would it make a difference to either aspect? Not sure what he's getting at but it does make the UK market stand out. It will be even cheaper for Premier League clubs to do their shopping abroad rather than in the British transfer market with too much money floating around, inflating prices further. I suppose in that sense it means we might hold on to our players as it's far more attractive for our rivals to import than buy domestically. That said, that has been the case for a number of years but many clubs still haven't caught on.

fyp Nah, it gets tougher towards the end. Raw and plugging away with a semi at best. Loads getting smaller until they dry up all together. That in itself is a blessing as the crusty sock you're using for clean up begins to torture your jap's eye. You really need to pace yourself if you're going to give it a yank for an hour and half.
