Eddie’s turned Joelinton into a fucking beast, somehow managed to get Miggy into double figures for goals in a season and got Jacob Murphy casually pinging in 30 yarders. Give him a year and see how he’s doing. He’s going to get shed loads of game time in the next 12 months and i’m sure he’ll come on massively.

Although Liverpool were shite today I can’t shake the feeling they’ll pip us on the last day. -
I’d imagine his is one of the onerous contracts we’ve accrued into the 21/22 accounts.

Quite a lot of clubs do stuff like this I think. Some out pillars up and make the changing rooms an L shape so the managers can’t see all the players.
-
When I did the stadium tour the bloke who ran it said that every away changing room is made as shit as possible. Apparently we’ve taken the thermometers off the showers so they can only be used on one temperature

Could do with Brentford turning over Villa next weeks just to settle a few nerves there. -

Snap your hand off for 4 points from the next 2 games. -
If we get CL then there’s no way we’d only spend £100m. I reckon it’d be c£150m plus sales. Tierney, Maddison, Diaby as top targets.

I think people are being a bit harsh on Bruce, after all he did recommend Howe as his successor.

Great match in the San Siro.
-
If he’s not happy sat on the bench behind Mbappe, Neymar and Messi, I somehow don’t think he’d fit in here. Much rather go for Joao Pedro.

Be absolutely staggered if we don’t make a massive play for Diaby in the summer like.

Doesn’t look like a sponsorship as other clubs posting it too…

James Maddison (now playing for Tottenham Hotspur)
bowlingcrofty replied to The Prophet's topic in Football
If he does go to Spurs then we’ll get someone of equal/better quality from elsewhere. The exciting thing now is knowing that every addition will improve either the first XI or the squad in some way. We’re lucky at the moment that we only really have Almiron injured, but it’s only three or four games since we had 4 left backs on the bench. -

Willock, Gordon, Isak is a handy triple sub to bring on for the last 30 mins like. -

I reckon we’ll go unchanged but see a raft of changes on 60 mins or so, and then a few changes for the weekend.
