Class, about time some of our players got the recognition they deserve, not least Colo as I think many still have their view of him tainted by his first season. Still feels amazing to know we've got at least 5 more years with him as the rock of our defence.
-
Doing very good in PSG, scores regularly (1 in every 3 match, 32 games played/11 goals) afaik. So I guess he's started close to all PSG matches. 1 in 3? Pathetic.
-
Every time he's mentioned PSG he's also praised the Premier League. I think it's fairly clear that while he does have aspirations of playing for Paris eventually, he wants to make the most of his career and he sees that being done here in the PL. Obviously you cannot rule out someone coming in with silly money, but I certainly don't think he's pushing for a move like some people have twisted it to look like.

Schmeichel; Neville, Adams, Ferdinand, Cole; Ronaldo, Scholes, Vieira, Giggs; Shearer, Henry.

This. Have a browse through this thread, and watch it develop. http://www.villatalk.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=53355&postdays=0&postorder=asc Pricks, hated them ever since that game. Would love them to go down, there are posts in that thread with the typical bullshit line 'the fans have too much power', they're deluded and such like. Fuck off, just reading that makes me want them to go down all the more Even when they're praising us they still continue to spout utter shite with the 'messiah' cliche popping up again.

Every striker we've ever been linked to over the past couple seasons who doesn't have 'Rodney' as (one of) there middle name(s).
-
Ahaha, what a child Van Persie is.
-
They're class, playing it out their box in stoppage time, man.
-
He's not crap, he's just no where near as good as the media would have you believe, the whole 'Scottie Parker' thing's tiresome.
-
Sturridge and Oxlade-Chamberlain are a bit of a joke too. Chamberlain's only played 13 league games this season, including sub appearances. Didn't realise Aguero was young enough for the Young player award.
-
Anyone got the Messi one? That was f***ing hilarious Can't remember who did it.
-
There's videos where you would expect of Shearer's equaliser. No stills though.
-
Actually just checked (turns out this new timeline has it's uses)... Katerina Ketsbaia HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Never noticed that before. All capitals n'all so you know it's important.
-
Aye, thought it was just standard procedure for everyone on the forum to add her. Bit jelly mind, don't think she's ever wished me Happy Birthday or commented on one of my many NUFC ramblings.
-
Nah, AFAIK as long as they're both linked to the same account you should only need one purchase.
-
How easy/hard is it to get tickets for away fixtures? Guessing it's fairly easy for the earlier rounds/more obscure teams?
-
Eh!? Surely a win over London rivals would have been the perfect boost for their season, now they've had an absolutely humilating defeat instead. I don't understand this mentality at all. If anything today was brilliant for us. Exactly, one extra game was hardly going to effect them, but a win today could've been the kickstart they needed for the rest of the season. A humiliating defeat was pretty much the perfect result for us.

Howay man, FA Cup semi-final, as if he's going to walk up to ref and tell him he cleared it off the line.
-
Our fans were class that day, I think the loudest cheer was for Shola making it 3-1.
-
Hope Pardew's got them all watching this. Spurs are there for the taking.
-
One thing they need to change is push the Cup final back to the weekend after the season's up. Ridiculous that it's now played a week before on the same weekend as regular fixtures. The Cup Final should always be season's curtain closer.
-
Nah, their league game that weekend (away to Liverpool) will need rearranged which means yet another mid-week game. Strangely it's the second time in successive years that the FA Cup finalists were already scheduled to play each other in the league on the weekend of the final So will their league game with Liverpool be before or after our game? After, they'll have to play it mid-week after the final as that's the only free slot left in their season. They've got a mid-week and a weekend game every week until the end of the season now.
