First game I went too I have no idea where or when it was, all I remember was that Peter Beardsley Scored an absolutely cracking goal. He came in from the left wind got to the by-line running towards the goal and hit the ball with the outside of his left foot (effectively the wrong foot) and looping the ball over the keeper from one of the tightest angles i have ever seen a goal scored. Was it Sheffield Wednesday? Does anyone know?

I think this topic would go a lot better if the OP was worded slightly differently. I agree with some of what was said in the OP and it has to be said that there are some horrific 'Knee Jerkers' on here who would sell 7-8 if the clubs players because of one bad performance. Ewethorn used to be one of the first signings I made in Championship manager (before it became Football manager) and always banged in a load of goals for me. Think it would be a good move to get him on board even if it was just until the end of the season.
