Really poor game, and one that I won't be remembering for a while, I think we had the chances to win it, just wasteful finishing was out undoing again, but a point and a clean sheet away from home is never to be sniffed at, and it keeps us on an upward trajectory.

That was an experiment of "What happens if you take a team that aren't great against low blocks and face a team who don't know how to break".

Also, its mental that given the amount of games we've played, that this the first time we've not scored at home this season.

Disappointing result naturally, i'm not disappointed in the performance though, it was a really competitive and cagey game where the fine margins went their way and not ours. That said I think you could really see towards the end of that game that we had played 215 minutes of football in the last 6 days, we looked really leggy. That disallowed goal was scandalous btw, it benefitted us, but by fuck would I be fuming if that was given the other way.

As it stands, excluding International breaks, we won't have had a full week off between games from the 13th September until the 14th February, if we finish in the play-off in the Champions League, which we are very likely to do, that date goes to the 4th March, and it'll be the 7th March if we make it to the 5th round of the FA Cup, and if we make it to the last 16 of the Champions League, it'll be the start of April

Some points: Harvey Barnes Miley was the most assured CB out of everyone who played in that position which is mental. That is the sort of game where I don't really care about the performance, there was a lot of negatives, but by fuck who care, that feeling when we scored at the end is what football is about 10:26 is no fucking time for a game to end, I feel bad for the Leeds fans.
