What on earth does buy option clause to become mandatory mean? Napoli signing Hojlund for a €6m loan fee with a buy option clause to become mandatory for €45m. Is it mandatory or not?
-
I'd him out as long as he's playing as a #8.
-
Beat Grimsby and Burnley and we are so back.
-
He didn't, but unless it's been covered up well he hasn't kicked up a fuss about it. Felt he should have come on for Bruno today to be honest.
-
With no preseason.
-
Better as a #10 than a #8, but still worrying that he hasn't been used at all. Especially since he's shown he's capable of getting clutch goals. No he's the only one I know of. He would transform the midfield though. We had a midfield two of Mount and Fernandes in the second half for a period and they're both #10's
-
Central midfielder is still of supreme importance. Like you say, when Fulham put more legs in we were overrun. Casemiro is still starting. New keeper looks to be on the way at least.
-
Same as yourselves. Fulham beat you twice last year too didn't they? Good side.
-
Slightly fortunate to get a point but I'll take it. Fulham a decent team and there were a few sides they took 6 points off last year.
-
Saha played more for Fulham than he played for us. And we all hate Neville on comms for us. He goes out of his way to be unbiased and is just miserable.
-
Fernandes one of the best we've ever had on pens and just had a rare shocker. He never hits them with power and normally just feints the keeper and rolls it to the other side. It was a very strange penalty for him.
-
Well they've at least addressed that here, saying that the Shaw foul happened slightly after the foul on Mount.
-
This is pathetic trying to suggest that little bump has put Fernandes off. Imagine paying for Sky.
-
It was a clear foul. He judo threw him head over heels. The issue is that Shaw was also committing a foul behind that incident, so it's a bit silly to give a penalty. Bruno's head is in the clouds here. Worst half I've seen from him.
-
I'm just happy those wages are off our books for now. He's rubbish.
-
Riskier than Onana?

Hearing Eze only wants Arsenal.

If Hojlund isn't part of the plans, why would he be picked though? Mount, Cunha and Mbeumo all had excellent games and Sesko/Zirkzee were on the bench. Hojlund appears to be fourth choice now so he's not going to make the squad and Amorim has told him this. Again, I love Hojlund. But giving your all won't guarantee you a place in the team and I think that's fair enough.
-
The players in the "bomb squad" basically have broken the rules though. Laziness, pettiness on social media, openly criticising the coach etc. Hojlund has been told he won't get the minutes at us, but he's still training with the team. There's a big difference with him and Sancho for example.
-
Thank you for the love of God. This board unanimously slated Hojlund last summer and said we'd never compete with him leading the line. Now we make moves to replace him and cash in on him and it's being ridiculed. I love Hojlund and he has the right attitude and could be a great centre forward, but he needs to go elsewhere for now since we've signed Sesko.

City player. Only a matter of time before it's official.

Couldn't make this one as I was partying with two City fans at another stadium.
