Might be worth NUST putting a detailed Tweet out explaining the reasons for the privacy and long term thinking with regards to building a relationship with EPL etc etc for the less informed element that don’t understand the approach Greg[/member] Or better still tweet a link out redirecting them to the NUST website saying the same thing.

Yep. Still think it’s a case of when not if it happens. Hopefully later this month so we can celebrate before the second spike arrives

Kepa looking like a very bad signing. Hadn’t seen nor heard of him before he arrived at Chelsea. For those that have was the outlay ever justified at any point?

When does the 2019/20 season finish for us out of interest? 26th July. Wonder if they will announce it 27th

Yep. Hope Bournemouth go on a run along with Watford. Villa West Ham relegation would be the most joy I’ve had this season They'll need to sack their manager to have any hope of that. Or he could drop some players and give others a go.

Anyone struggling to get to watch this game? (UK only)

I’ve mentioned this before on here. It’s worst for dark skin African players. Even world class ones like Eto’o, Yaya Toure or even Pogba. There’s not a pass KDB or Silva can make that Pogba can’t but Pogba is oft labelled a ‘great athlete’ without true appreciation for his technical ability which is legitimately second to none. KDB and Silva (to a lesser extent) ARE better passers of the ball than Pogba. He is however a very good passer of the ball but it always seems to be commented on so not sure you’ve picked a good comparison. KDB is the best passer of a ball I’ve seen since Zico.

I can’t tonight. Have fun

Goes through him

Those last two free kicks have just proved my point and I’ve only been watching the game 5mins.

Was a clear penalty, good decision by the ref It's a clear pen, it's a foul. I do wonder about you two and your take on penalties I appreciate the rules have changed over the years but it’s still got to be a foul and to me the forward has just feigned a foul. If that happened in a game I was involved and someone tried that on me and my mates would just be laughing Football is a contact sport. A foul has got to be hindering someone’s progress with the ball under their control. It doesn’t help refs giving soft fouls in outside of the box. It’s a slippery slope and this is what we are now left with. If the refs let play go on far more and raised the threshold again the game would be the better for it. I’d be fuming if that was given against NUFC... if I started to care again

Think of it another way. As a backup fullback for 2-3yrs with the likelihood he won’t cause trouble in the camp when he’s in a supporting role but give it his all when called upon it’s possibly not the worst contract handed out if the wages (I’m guessing) are modest. Then sell him and recoup something that you’d of lost letting him go for free.

I've got the Bingo Hand Job performance on vinyl bigfella[/member] Yes it was not long after it aired as I think I worked with you 1992ish. I’ve got 2 VHS machines if you need one? Robster[/member] I’ve got bits of it on cassette somewhere

♫ ♬ I feel it in my fingers... Fun fact (or not). The song that replaced that wet wet wet song after shitloads of weeks at number 1 was take that with back for good. The underlying chords are exactly the same. Not saying Barlow is a copying c*** but...... Whigfield's Saturday night replaced it in the charts, followed by "Sure" by Take That. Back for Good was a year later. So fun fact (or not) is actually "or not" Isn't Love Is All Around Me actually a song about Marti Pellow being on the skag. The first verse should say "brown" where it says "love", but the censors made them change it. It was the soundtrack to a million teenage fingerblast sessions during 1994, but it's a junkie anthem and parents were not happy when they found this out. Or not. You reckon the Troggs wrote a song about future Wet Wet Wet? They were psychic dudes The Troggs man.... Wild Things They Don't Tell Us - Reg Presley, lead singer of "The Troggs", here details the wild things that he believes the government secretly knows about, but will go to the most extraordinary lengths to stop the public from finding out. He presents his evidence of alien visitation, crop-circles and his scientific theory of why the Earth is gradually changing shape. My older sister saw The Troogs at The Majestic came back smitten with Reg Presley Just to come full musical circle before the takeover is complete. Though the Troggs wrote it, Wet Wet Wet released it as a cover for Four Weddings & a Funereal film but just prior to that R.E.M. made it popular again performing it on their first MTV Unplugged 3 years earlier so probably give them the idea. Definitely the best version of the three
