It's not as simple as that at all like Ritchie's had a few quiet games but his delivery is generally pretty great regardless, and he's a far bigger part of out attacking play than Gouffran is. Atsu usually replaces Ritchie as it's more like for like (totally different players but both attack minded). Gouffran is in the team to hustle and bustle and has managed to grab a few goals. He's done well like, but he's hardly been lightyears ahead of anyone else to the point of it being 'simple as that'.

The issues with Pardew go beyond his capabilities as a manager though. I cannot remember giving less of a shit about NUFC than when managed by him, the whole period after finishing 5th was just a total disaster on every possible turn. Obviously that's Ashley, but he was fully on board with it. In terms of getting results there isn't much between them.
