I agree Fulham game looks more realistic or even Palace. He may get a cameo sub appearance in one of the cup games but only if they think he’s ready.

Hope reporting Howe says Isak very close to returning to full training and hopeful he’s back next month.

Yeah i think he’ll take our attack to another level. He can take people on, he’s direct, he presses and he’s quick as fuck. Opposite Miggy on the other side and linking up with Wilson is an exciting prospect because it’ll pull teams all over the place.

I think we’ll go for a more attacking fullback to bolster the left side attack.

Maybe start Wood and give Wilson a run out for 25 mins or so then start him v Arsenal. He may be fine to start both though.

Its plain common sense from a properly run football club vs the car crash we’ve seen from knackers here in the past. I work as a physio and while I don’t work in football or even elite sports I can imagine how difficult and challenging it is to get someone back to that level after several months out. I think we’ll see him fairly soon all being well.

I think a draw is fine to be honest particularly as it’s the first game back.

Also Isak has played so little he will almost be like a nee squad addition. Throw in Saints absence for months and if you get them back regularly we have far more options in the final 3rd.
