  1. Yes have to be fully logged in to see the map I paid £55 for Gallowgate, won’t be going again for a while due to finances but pleased be go back there as it’s always been my favourite.
  2. I think it’ll be a good spicy atmosphere, they’ll bring a chunk of fans. I agree though while they’re doing well recently we should be able to overpower them and Joelinton coming into form is much needed. Could do with a prime time Tonali too to run the show. Need the wingers to turn up whoever they are. Massive chance to cement some form and progress up the table a bit.
  3. Yeah I was bloody cold yesterday not looking forward for that again 😂
  4. Tickets popping on resale, just got one in the Gallowgate
  5. Yes I do feel our overall play would really benefit from his calmness and assured passing from midfield. Throw in the fact he’s a goal threat too - I think we’ve got a real player on our hands as he adds his physical presence and toughness.
  6. So do people think Howe will move him into midfield in the next few games or just keep playing him at right back?

    Jacob Murphy

He was atrocious today. I know he had a good season last season and can still put a decent cross in but I still find it baffling that four years into the takeover he’s still starting for us on the RW.
  8. At the match, Murphy woeful lol, we just can’t keep the ball ffs. All a bit flat really, I’d like to see Miley move into midfield and Tino come on at RB at some point.
  9. I guess the thing is it looks a lot when you log in but as you say there might only be one ticket available in a single block.
  10. This is the issue, prices keep going up and up. Theres a few times I’ve logged on and looked at resale tickets and they’re £60+. That combined with being a bit skint from spend on other things means I tend to stick to the TV.
  11. I think if we’re going to kick on and do anything we really need to win this Leeds and Wolves. Some wins and a couple signings this month together with injured players coming back could pull things round but there’s lots of uncertainty with our form.
  12. I haven’t really chased tickets this season, partly as I’ve been a bit skint recently. I just go for re-sale over ballot thesedays though but I guess it’s easier if you live in the city for that.
  13. I’m quite looking forward to seeing some live football as only been to the Fulham match this season. Going to freeze my nuts off though.
  14. Football is so much about money thesedays it puts me off a bit. I’m going to the match tomorrow and happy to pay £51 which isn’t bad but fans are constantly being ripped off. The latest World Cup prices are just obscene. I did see a list of prices somewhere.
  15. That FIFA “peace prize” to Trump is one of the most laughable, loathsome things I’ve ever seen.
  16. Could do with him, Schar looked weak as piss v Burnley
  17. I think American owners underestimate the fans here. If they tried to fundamentally change the league fans of pretty much all clubs would kick off.
  18. Anyone got a link to the recent Edwards article?
  19. But they still drew with them at home and they’ll definitely stay up which was the aim. The issue for them is that teams will clearly come in for players in the summer who’ve done well and you imagine people might have an eye on the manager. Therefore a second season in the league could be much harder.
  20. Gordon hasn’t really looked right since the Liverpool rumours surfaced. He’s had brief periods of good form but all in all he hasn’t been great. I wonder if he’s started believing his own hype? He just doesn’t do enough for me and his stats in the premier league prove that. I’m not convinced Howe will look to move him on but I wouldn’t be that surprised if we went next summer and a different LW option might be needed for next season.
  21. Ever since his comments about being the most unhappy he’s ever been recently which was clearly aimed at the board it feels like the writing has been on the wall.
