  1. Clearly seems to be carrying a niggle.
  2. Could be an exciting window if we get CL
  3. I agree with most of that but clubs having and not having CL does change the landscape. I’m not saying our blue chip players are going to jump ship straight away and Tonali going to Man U is laughable. But large contracts and the CL dangled carrot will tempt some.
  4. We still have every chance of getting CL and can certainly put Chelsea away today 💪 I think in the short term I’d be really gutted if we didn’t get CL from where we’ve been sitting and the ramifications on what we might be able to spend, who we could get and who we might lose with a summer of “Isak’s going to…….”. Assuming we were to get Europa league, when the dust settles that combined with winning our first trophy for 70 years and itll still have been a fantastic season. We’ll still sign some qualify players this summer. Sometimes you have to go back to the misery of Ashley and Bruce to remember what things were like. This is where I’ve been at the last few days.
  5. I agree with this to a point, the blue chip players need to turn up and win this. Make it happen.
  6. We have it in our own hands, yes it would be nice for other teams to drop points but if Villa go to B’mouth today and win fair fucks I say.
  7. Totally agree, a proper atmosphere and getting at them from the odd and im not sure they have the players to respond to that.
  8. Agreed, be amazed if they don’t beat Man U but Forest away could be any result.
  9. Whatever happens it’s been a brilliant season winning a first trophy but my main reason for wanting CL now is not only the players we could attract but also avoiding a summer of “where’s Isak/Tonali” off to. I can’t be doing with a whole summer of that.
  10. Good result, they have Morillo potentially out now. Leicester at home isn’t straightforward as it’s a derby.
  11. Either way it’s not an excuse for a meek atmosphere, it’s a colossal fixture, crowd needs to be its bit.
  12. To be fair it’s one thing Chelsea turning over a Liverpool side pretty much on the beach yesterday, it’s another ball game heading to St James to face us. They don’t have that many experienced heads in that side and I think if we get at them from the off they won’t like it. They have some very good players but I’m still pretty confident at home vs them. Crowd is huge on Sunday too.
  13. An Isak 5 star show on Sunday to blow Chelsea away please.
  14. Yes I get that point but equally Arsenal winning the champions league is a hideous one. I actually think m if they get knocked out there might be a bit of a hangover anyway. They’ll still qualify for CL so maybe they just be a bit flat in general with “season over” scenario.
  15. This is basically the score. Fail to beat Chelsea we’d have to beat Arsenal away instead an hope results go for us.
  16. Palmer looked better and in Madueke and Neto they have real pace on the counter. The good thing is Chelsea can still be very vulnerable and are eminently beatable. It has changed from a few weeks back where I was extremely confident of this fixture but not less so even if I am confident of us at home. Our big players all need to turn up, it’s a game for Isak really.
  17. Yeah we need his character in this one, it’ll be proper feisty.
