Lampard wanted Miggy, we just need to find Lamps a job first* * I don’t want to actually sell Miggy as I’m a big fan. I do however want a first 11 RW with the ability to cross a ball in and beat his fullback either by cutting in or down the line

Fuck right off, so sick of this season and our injuries. Literally one or two games back and then dead for so many players
-
Absolutely fucking shocking that like
-
Craig Hope @craighope_DM Darren Eales says club are PENNILESS Club may have to open as a MCDONALDS’ RESTAURANT in order to become profitable ROLL UP ROLL UP ALL PLAYERS ARE FOR SALE Barnes may or may not be DEAD
-
Wout unavailable is he?
-
That’s why I stated “between now and the end of the season”. We’ve seen that Howe will regularly play players who are carrying knocks and Tino came on in the game where he was carrying the injury that Shadow mentioned. Obviously, if it’s clear to that Tino is injured then he shouldn’t be playing and allowances should be made for his return from the ACL injury but if there’s no clear injury it won’t make any sense if he’s on the bench for the majority of the remaining games
-
If Tino doesn’t get a lot of starts between now and the end of the season it’ll be the one squad choice / preference that will make me question what’s going on. I love Eddie and it’s fair enough having players you really trust like Burn but Tino is already leagues above Burn at LB in terms of being a more complete player. He has recovery pace, he is fantastic on the ball, he can deliver a ball very well too. Positionally he’s good and he’s absolutely fine in the air. Burn beats him in the air and beats him physically, he’s also got a brilliant attitude but do I think we’ll win more games with Tino in the first 11 or Burn in the first 11? Tino

Reckon we’ll lowball PSG for Ekitike near the end of the window
-
Aye “look, you have no major debts” doesn’t land quite so well with the follow up “and look, you have zero assets too”. Wouldn’t have been an issue really before FFP but having zero assets in the squad and having zero commercial revenue meant we were in a particularly terrible position regarding FFP once we smashed out two or three good windows

Did they actually get a decent fee for Pulisic? Mad if so, based on his last couple of seasons with Chelsea. Kovacic deserved a decent fee. No recollection of the fee that Loftus Cheek went for but he’s decent so fair enough. I think you significantly overpaid for Mount in all honesty
-
They did well to get Havertz off the books for a significant fee. He should never have gone for the money he did. I’d say Caicedo is looking their worst purchase by a margin. Mudryk is an unknown but obviously so far they’ve massively overpaid. I think Malo Gusto actually looks a quality player if a bit inconsistent. Sterling’s been back to his best but he’s heading into the years of his career where you’d expect him to drop off, especially because he’s played so much top level football from a young age. Badiashile has looked atrocious in the handful of games I’ve watched. I think Nkunku will be quality if he stays fit. Can’t see anything other than disaster ahead for Chelsea. There’s a limit to how much they can get off their books without taking huge losses. A lot of their newer fans will be stepping back from the club as they’ve never known a period of this level of performance and failure to win things. Todd has no idea what he’s doing. Their loaning model isn’t what it was. Reece James is in bits and Broja hasn’t come through like they’d expected. They’ve got their academy left and they’re going to have to hope that some serious quality comes through there. I agree that Palmer was a sensible buy both in terms of the fee and his quality
-
I think Enzo Fernandez is a fantastic player but he’s looked a £50m player at best so far at Chelsea. Their obsession with overpaying is hilarious and is a ticking time bomb. All the talk about Gallagher going is probably because they realise they’re utterly fucked down the line
-
They just don’t feel like a team. Too many players doing things individually rather than as a team. Lots of dilly dallying on the ball in promising positions or conversely, selfish snatching. Their midfield is so odd
-
Boro’s big striker is so slow
-
Beautiful from Palmer. Amazing elevation on it
-
Time for the chequebook Todd. It’s Human Capital season
-
£15m option, utter joke
-
There’s no way I’d do a straight swap of Saka for Isak. I love Saka but we’ve got the best striker at our club since Shearer. A genuinely world class striker. I think Saka is a world class winger but if I had the option I’d always go for a striker of that quality over a winger of that quality
-
Hahaha, they ready to ignite bankruptcy too?
-
Extremely weird in all honesty, obviously more than weird in our culture and actually a crime potentially. Why would a 31 year old want to be with someone in school for years? Especially a 31 year old who must have a lot of options
-
Amazed at that in all honesty
-
Club works hard to build an international following and increase revenue. ”Bloody well shot themselves in the foot haven’t they” Dont know why people care about who’s the biggest fan etc and who’s earnt this or that. When it comes to access and tickets, that’s a separate issue. If people are getting privileged access to games that’s a problem but otherwise, who gives a fuck
-
Garnacho’s great, you never know what he’s going to do, I’m not sure he does either until the last moment
-
I mean, anyone can look good if they’ve got tons of time on the ball. What’s awful was the finishing and your pal Bruno being absolutely desperate for a penalty to finish off league one opposition
-
They are so shit man, game after game they’re always awful. Rashford’s regression is baffling
