  1. Ten Hag strikes me very much as a “facts and figures” man. If it’s logical to bring him back because he’s a good footballer / logical to sell because hes a good footballer, he’d push for that. Wonder what Ferguson would have done. Keegan would have ran him out of town without a second thought
  2. For sure, Isak is world class and completely unique. There’s a reason he’s been called a Unicorn player. If we were to build the right side around him and he stayed fit, he’d score 30 league goals without a problem over multiple seasons
  3. Wouldn’t want to get a fee off him, wouldn’t want to lose out on ridiculous financial regulations. Genuinely don’t know what I’d want other than him nowhere near our club ever again
  4. Worried for Plymouth now. Was really hoping they’d get a win today
  5. Unbelievably stupid challenge from Hull
  6. No doubt. A handful of highs, some fairly big lows. A lot of things that are hard to fully understand and the worst injury crisis in the history of top level football
  7. Outstanding goal from Hull, pure class
  8. Dan James, is he or isn’t he really shit?
  9. I wouldn’t take Meslier no. Not seen him this season at all but I thought he got very lucky in the PL at times, making him look better than he was
  10. Knee strain when crossing a ball does sound like the kind of injury you’d get from being in the red too often it has to be said
  11. Proper Radgie Ned though sadly

Think these could be in big trouble next season if they fuck their manager choice up, genuinely could be in a relegation battle all season as they don’t have strong foundations. Lose one or two of their best players and they’re fucked
  13. 2-0 win. Dyche’s gravel voice reduced to a tearful whisper post-match
  14. They’re acting like a bargain basement club. Trying to pull the sort of shit we would have tried under Ashley. Ominous for them
  15. Would retch until I couldn’t breathe if that happened
  16. There’s not a single person on the forum that thinks we’re doing well defensively. A lot of people understand this is due to major injuries. Some think that’s to do with Howe overworking players, others think it’s a balance of bad lack and overworking. Some recognise the overworking has been necessary. Should we play a different system of football? Fuck knas, if we play with a low block it changes our philosophy and everything about how we play. Howe has opted to play the same way, likely because of his philosophy and also because fundamentally changing how we play with a bunch of new players would cause major problems. These circular arguments are a waste of everyone’s time. Just enjoy Easter and if you cant switch off or enjoy that win then find a hobby
  17. It is, and running awful posters out of town is one of the key joys of a forum
  18. Quoting thatcher, new lows. Has to be a massive WUM
  19. Unsurprising stats, hammered both by playing on his line and massively diminished mobility. Perfect combo
  20. At least with Dummett he’s a player with an injury-free track record. Can’t see him having any issues if needed to be called upon
  21. It’s a problem of a back line that’s changed multiple times in a game, with players not used to playing alongside their counterparts
