Too important he's played about 7 games and 0 goals and barely an assist? He was hardly pulling up trees in league 1 last year was he? You've already admitted you've barely watched the lad play. He scored against Burnley as well as against Blackburn in the FA cup. He was quite often our best player during the run of games he started. He won the penalty against Man City. By all accounts he was brilliant for Blackpool. A quick online search would have given you this information. Fair one. I just hardly ever see anything of us these days. Thanks mike And yet you still feel qualified to opine

Our fan groups remind me of this:

Mourinho at Guangzhou CSL's gonna be mint this season.

Ashley is reverting NUFC back to the pre-Rafa model of buying players and giving them to the 'head coach'. Their job is then to make the player impress so the player can then be sold on at a profit. We're back to being a stepping stone club. Do well at NUFC and you'll be sold on to a better club. Yup. It's a different approach, but it's one that can work if it is done correctly. With a good head coach as the most important factor, one that actually relishes improving these types of players and getting the best out of them. The team will also then need to continue to re-invest money from players sold on for big profits and it can slowly grow into a deeper more quality squad and team. Tottenham essentially grew this way. They have Levy though, and we're stuck with Ashley. We're not doing it the Tottenham way though, we're doing it the Newcastle way. Bid 20m for a 35m player, get knocked back, sign Joselu on deadline day instead.

The Irish are still British though.

Just rename it the Steve Wraith thread because that's what's gonna happen. Might as well rename it the Steve Wraith NUFC trust while you're at it. He's a cancer and you're fucked with him involved.

Really shows how the CL distorts competition.

just go to the pub and watch the games. you still get away from the wife and you still get to watch the game without supporting the parasite. But then i'd miss pre-match with the lads, half time pint and a pie etc. And at the end of the day, you have to support the team (not the regime) otherwise you might have to spend an hour or two with the person you promised to live faithfully with for the rest of your life. f*** that. Maybe invest the money you spend on tickets in a depression therapist instead, because you clearly have enormous psychological issues. The pies really improved this year, mate. Proper good nosh.

Ashley won't get rid of me, anyway. That six hundred quid in his bank account will show him, it'll show him good.

Do none of you have wives? The football is LITERALLY the only possible way to get away from them for a few hours.
-
Think we'll all be watching Rafa's team, like the majority of people promised months ago. Well, I'm for Guangzhou but Dalian is cold and northern so I'm sure you'll all feel right at home

Y'all need to watch some Chinese football, it's a decent standard.
-
Well that sucks. Gonna be rooting against him next season.

Although their names both contain the letter e, the two aren't actually related.

Wonder what it's like to be a normal club.

If they do this it will be a precursor to them publicly withdrawing. No way they can comment on matters like this under the NDA We don't even know if they're under an NDA. They typically only cover disclosures regarding financials and private company info uncovered under due diligence anyway.

He was tricked into handing power to Loki and not Thor. Served him right, dumb bastard.

There was some information a few pages back on how to get your money back that you've already paid for next seasons ticket. Got to be worth a try.

The trust aren't the ones to be organizing boycotts and protests. It's like asking the ambulance service to come put out a fire.
