Cantwell seems to be linked/discussed all over Twitter but by no one really trustworthy. I’m a massive believer of trusting the fan bases opinions on players now. I feel like a learned a lot after being really underwhelmed by Rondon before we signed him while all their fans told us he was amazing. It’s the complete opposite for this guy. I’m reading loads of our fans saying we shouldn’t be turning our noses up at him while literally every Norwich fan is saying he’s awful. Avoid!

I’m not sure how I’ve got to this place but I think Wood would be a really solid signing and offers something different to Wilson. Depending on price it’d be a logical buy. Similar to the Murphy signing in the Championship season.

I know this point has been made already multiple times but the fact we’ve gone from being unable to afford Choudry on loan to singing Kieran Trippier is absolutely insane and I’m loving every second of it.

If we actually got Martial man… I’m not used to this hype at all.

If we signed Trippier, Digne a cb and a striker (depending on Wilson’s length of injury) I’d be pretty confident we’d amass more points that Burnley, Norwich and Watford for the remaining half of the seasons. Something would have to be seriously wrong if we didn’t.

I’d never really bothered looking closely until we were linked to him after the regime change and he’s been absolutely hopeless in the games I’ve seen him play this year.

I despise how much Edwards seems to enjoy trying to put the downers on everything to do with us now.
