He’d better hire that climate protestor to zip tie himself to a goalpost every Chelsea match if he is thinking of winning them. His tactics are Neanderthal.

Ando’s gleeful “Uaaarrghhh!” as Isak chested and lobbed the ball is a joy to listen to. Four goals in four outings now. Some boy.

Testament to our fitness especially this second half of the season - us scoring all those late goals - Wolves, Forest, ManU, and now West Ham have featured late winners or goals. It's a critical feature of winning teams, having the belief to keep pushing for a win and having the lungs to keep at it when the opponent is flagging late in the game.

Insane that we have the players in the league with 1) second highest number of big chances created; 2) second highest number of assists per minute played; and 3) second highest number of goals scored per minute played. What a ride, man. Two of the three above are just hitting their stride too, after coming back from lengthy spells of injury.

He's finally getting sufficient game time, plus the excellent coaching from Howe et al - it's "clicking" for him now, and he seems to be finding that sweet spot between taking players on and shooting, and creating for others. Amazing that we now have options across our front three and midfield who are coming into great form when we most need it. Can you imagine us saying that Longstaff and Jacob fucking Murphy would be "excellent" and "undroppable" just 18 months ago?

The two Brazilians were immense tonight, I feel. Apart from scoring the two goals, Beeg Jow made some critical interceptions in the middle of the park. Bruno did what we all hoped to see with him on the pitch with some intelligent runners around him - play proper Hollywood balls that result in goals. West Ham totally asleep at the back for all our second-half goals, mind.

Hate all the Twitter replies taking it so seriously - bants between two professionals who seem to be good pals, put a smile on my face.
-
A beneficiary of a "gentle Howe-ing" - that is, made to play within his strengths and limitations and coached and drilled day-in day-out to slot into the system we play. And it gets better and better the more game time he gets and the fitter he becomes over the season.

Murphy doing the pointing at the watch thing all the way til the end. I'm really warming to him.
-
Yeah that was odd, given that the players of both teams were pretty civil to each other throughout. Lots of pats and smiles, well other than Anthony. Even Shit Bruno had some good-natured exchanges.
-
Think he's referring to Marcus and not Khepren. Marcus can play anywhere along the front 3, or as part of a strike partnership with Isak (which I think would work very well).
-
The keyword here is "affably". Can you imagine setting Michael Owen loose amongst these kids? He'd aggressively nutmeg all of them, smashing the ball into the top corner of the goal over and over again, wheeling away in victory.
-
I've never been literally in love with a man. I'd make an exception for Bruno. What a top, top human being. I cannot believe we have managed to sign this man. Those kids must be absolutely chuffed.
-
Palhinha is such a good player, wish we’d be in for him come summer. Bossing the ManU players.
-
Bruno Fernandes just whinges at absolutely eveything, doesn't he?
-
Darren Eales was involved in signing him from Velez, I believe. Full Argentine international at the age of 21 too. Canny pickup for us in the summer, if we want.
-
That weird, ghostly way he runs is so satisfying to watch, really. It's how you think "he isn't really quick, is he?", and then he is suddenly ahead of his marker. Defences haven't sussed that out yet, and yet he has dribbling skills; can head the ball; and can take penalties on top of that too. He's like a ninja.
-
Just watched the highlights - claiming that the defender "didn't mean to play the ball" in the run-up to the Anderson goal is frankly, embarrassing. I mean he literally played the ball . It was, in defending terms, "a shit clearance". Utterly farcical.
-
Bruno is so intense man Sitting on the hoardings after Miggy's goal just internalising the win.
-
Reo Hatate is a player that Howe would love. Insane workrate and superb at transitions. Him and Willock rotating next season, especially if we make it into Europe, would be superb.
-
That little flock of pigeons on the field is good fun.

A licky boom boom down!

This one time I wish Brighton would deviate from their “If a player wants to leave, we won’t stand in his way” philosophy. Caicedo was the Bissouma replacement, and Bissouma only left in the summer ffs.
