It funny how for years I've always had doubts/concerns about certain players we bought etc but that's completely gone now. This guy is real quality, and it's going to show

Expect a one game ban too. It was clearly a spur of the moment (no pun intended) thing, he knew that straight away, came out and apologized. It was silly but rules are rules. Can have no complains if this is was happens

If he doesn't get injured this season and plays most games, we are going to witness some pretty amazing football from this kid. Have only jumped online and have been skimming through the threads so I haven't read too far back in this one (so I'm not sure if it's been mentioned) but his cheeky back heel to Cabaye in the lead up to the goal was just incredible, took three Spurs men right out of the game in one action. Didn't think we looked brilliant yesterday but probably shaded it overall, but when we click into gear, we're gonna kill some teams this season.

Romain was a free, Bigi was around a £1 million and Good was probably something similar, but I take your point. Think Rhodes would be too rich for our blood but would make an excellent "young striker" to add into the mix. Seen him a few times last season and actually looked really bright.

Just thought that given his personal story, it is a really terrific gesture and it would really make him feel appreciated and welcome as a young kid stepping out into a different City a fair bit from Home in Coventry. Plus it's a nice gesture to his family as well. He's our only Burundi born player so it's a special thing imo Thought is was a positive

Why isn't it Saturday already

The Burundi Day lunch nearly had be blubbing ffs, such a class thing to do for a young guy. Just even thinking about how much effort was put into that, maybe a chef spending a fair few days cooking the dishes and then redoing them again and again just to get them right. Ordering the Burundi flags of t'internet and then setting the whole thing up, honestly, I think that is just brilliant. As I said in response to that, THIS is the club I always dreamed about, a club doing thing in the right way, really making the extra effort to look after everyone. When you think back to all the shit we've had to contend with over the years, it really makes how things are going, feel even more exciting. Long may it continue

Judging by Wednesday night, he just need game time under his belt. Think there is a fair chance he's play games this campaign (if) we progress into Europe proper. Still, a January loan deal might not be the worse outcome either. Really have high hopes for this kid. Plus as an NI fan seeing him in the black and white shirt is but I have to put his best footballing interests first I guess.
