No agreement in principle by Christmas I think we can whistle it. No inside knowledge, just that it makes sense they'll wait to see if we're still in the Prem before pursuing interest in the summer.

I think there still is mistrust, so I don't know if he was that far wide of the mark. The difference being Rafa is not the sort of man to walk away.
