Think Howe should win without a doubt. He came in when we were absolutely rock bottom and not just in the league. Low morale, fitness and no basic game plan. He had so much to do with no pre season and you could see improvement more or less straight away in the way we played and our shape. Just can't see what any of the other managers have done that is better than what Howe has done in half a season.

Then it finally happened, just an amazing amazing feeling.

"Bruce feels Carroll dictates the style of play" is absolute classic Bruce. The players have no fucking idea of what to do and who to pass to so they just lump it high to Carroll. Very similar to when we just lumped it high to Wilson. Ironically getting rid of a big target man will make them even worse as then the players will have no outball. Pace and flair simply means someone who can "do something". Love it.

He's so reliable, every game I've seen him play in I've seen him shut down his man on so many occasions, just a block tackle or shoulder to shoulder race and he gets the ball. Such an under rated player. Would be a excellent signing especially with trippier on the other side. Not many teams would be able to attack us constantly down the flanks.
