I keep seeing Liam Kennedy etc saying more news will come out in January. I don't understand this, if something has happened surely it would have come out now? It sounds like something is happening and the end/result will come in January hence "more news to come". I don't think it's the arbitration but cannot think what else it could be.

I have to agree, as soon as I read that letter my instant reaction was embarrassment. I'm supportive of what NCSL are doing, but if you're writing to the Prime minister, you must act and sound professional. That letter really isn't, even if they do raise some excellent points, it should have been presented in a much better way than that. He's just so clunky, he doesn't really seem to excel at anything. Most players are either good in the air, or they're fast, or they're technically gifted. He isn't any of those. He has no natural attribute, apart from being a really nice fellow which doesn't really make much of a difference when you're a premier league footballer. I would have loved to see him fit the price tag we paid, but I honestly think we'd be a better team without him.
