  1. It was a general point mate not specific to you. I think some of it is pent up frustration with PSR and the ceiling it’s created. We’re a good team with good players and we win more often than not. Everyone is happy that a player is leaving. To my mind that demonstrates everything about the virtues of Almiron relative to where we want to be.
  2. Also exonerates the decision makers at the club. The Charlotte offer that we should have accepted was less than this one.
  3. It’s just so gratuitous. There’s so much negativity on here. Joyless support at times.
  4. Anyway he was a huge part of our qualification for the CL. Question the mentality of those shitting on his limitations. Everyone knows.
  5. When he came we were a shithouse operation. Now we’re good. Thanks for being part of the journey Miguel. A player I’ll always remember fondly.
  6. I feel like the chances he misses are because he's usually trying to do something different when he's through on goal. Whether that's to keep goalkeepers guessing all the time or just because he likes the challenge it's hard to know, probably both. He's actually exceptionally good at using his first touch to move the ball into the perfect position for the finish. He scored at the gallowgate in open play the other week and sent the keeper the wrong way, there was no need for him to do this at all.
  7. Said it before and I’ll say it again. If that goal was scored by one of the sky six then it would be called the greatest goal in the premier league.
  8. Just because somebody has so readily put themselves in the public crosshairs does not mean we have to take the shot.
  9. Compared to subscriptions and game break advertising I’m not convinced SSN is the golden egg laying goose like.
  10. Ashworth was binned though wasn't he? Has to be on Ratcliffe that, sacking your advisers because you don't like their advice is not a sensible strategy.
  11. Games like that are a really good learning opportunity for young fullbacks. Would really like Schar replaced in the near future.
  12. Think a lot of credit has to go to the coaching staff in that regard. Unless we just feel that the signings were all amazing and going to make it any club on their own.
  13. As you’re liking posts from November. Oh and I maintain that we don’t have a bunch of players that can hurt teams. Take isak out of the line up and you’ll see teams double up on Gordon and or Barnes and that’ll be that. Sad act.
  14. Glad he’s got a move back home. He’s been a great servant to the club and produced some memorable moments.
  15. A dog chasing the birds in the park. He’ll never catch them.
