Last league goals were against Chelsea, then he was hooked for Wissa at Man Utd next game, and then started being alternated with Wissa each game after that. Not sure exactly when he started being tried in the midfield role, but may have been *around* the Man City LC 2nd leg match, after 10 matches of rotation with Wissa. Said it before, but definitely think that rotation didn't help either of them from then on.

And there was me thinking that was part of why VAR was brought in... to correct these 'clear and obvious' refereeing mistakes in game??!!! Good job we still won that match then. Much like the Ramsey red card, too.... though he still missed an FA Cup tie because of that decision.

Think we benefitted that these 5 played most of the season, and obviously formed quite the understanding too. Of course they were all a few years younger too, and Popes shoulder hadn't fell to bits then either.

Its just down to the number of games we've played. Had we not gone as far in the cups, we'd have conceded 16 less against Man City and Barcelona, alone.

I thought it was slightly worse? SCR (replacing PSR from next season) allows you to spend up to 85% of the squad value/revenue or whatever.... but if in Europe it drops to 70%, is that right? Obviously being in the CL, the revenues from that would outweigh the SCR impact, but Europe League/Conference leagues.... potentially not so much. Happy to be corrected on the above though.

Because he does make some valid points, even if you don't like the way he does it. But if it's not what you want to hear, or doesn't support your opinion, then i can understand why you wouldn't want to watch it.

If thats the case, I don't understand why he includes him (Shahar) and even Neave in the squads, if he doesn't think they are ready to play. Does he only put them in for the experience of being part of a PL 1st team matchday squad? At some point when they are on the bench, he might be forced to use them (injuries/sending off).

Another thing in these last 7 games Eddie could do, is give some of the young 'uns more minutes. The likes of Neave, Shahar... he's had them on the bench so often, but doesn't bring them on. The Carrierbag 2nd leg would have been prefect. Does he not trust them? Then why have them on the bench? Does he not think they are experienced enough? How will they get the experience unless they get minutes on the pitch? We've been playing the same small group of players, some of them into the ground, for different reasons. Yet he has these young players, and never gives them a chance. Maybe these last 7 games should be the time to start giving them more than an odd 5minute cameo here and there.
