I suspect there's probably been words behind the scenes... Wissa over lack of starts, and Howe over a deemed lack of fitness/application. Since he came back from the injury, I think he's only started two consecutive matches, on a couple of occasions. Usually getting the following game after he scored, then if he didn't score in that next game, he's dropped for Wolte. Said it before, but I think both Wolte and Wissa have been quite badly managed since both have been available, and both have suffered and lost confidence.

Let's forget about challenging for the top 4/5.... this season we're struggling to challenge/compete on the pitch against the teams around us, teams with lower spends! But of course, its a 'transitional season', that's all.

Yup, we just cant control games, haven't done for a long time, and we keep giving the ball away and inviting pressure. Unless we are (miraculously) 2 or 3 goals up, you can just see opposition goals coming.
