Impressive and depressing at the same time https://www.football365.com/news/premier-league-non-champions-top-everton-tottenham

There is some other reason they're so strongly against him than "that" right? ...right? Nah. He's previously claimed to have been the victim of racist abuse at Roker Park - but such a game on the date/year he alleged never took place. Their fans (arguably rightly) believe he's fabricated something for his own benefit, presumably choosing a northern club to portray a stereotype. This explains it all: https://rokerreport.sbnation.com/2014/7/13/5895103/sol-campbell-sunderland-race-allegations-roker-park Unfortunately he's played the race card everywhere he's been since retirement. His not being a very good manager never seems to enter his mind. Hasn’t he actually done quite well at the couple jobs he’s had? Not well enough to attract attention. Even Paul ince did well enough down lower leagues to land the Blackburn job

Wouldn't say liked, probably more tolerated. Always got the impression they saw him as a cheap not as good replacement for Fowler. Combined with that he had the same attitude to them when England came calling and that definitely rankled a few during his time there

Good luck finding him! I'll be amazed! Jack Colback? Andy Carroll by coming back has potentially gone this way too but not as badly as Owen Can't accept Colback, as he had some Makem love for a long time, and the Forest mob seemed to like him too. Same with Carroll, we was massively liked here before leaving the first time. El Hadj Diouf comes to mind. Possibly Lee Bowyer, but don't recall his reputation amongst Leeds fans, although i think he counts as one those 'he's a c**t, but he's our c**t' like Bellamy

Don't think I've hated a player as much as this cunt. Horrible human being. Don't think i know of a player who has been as universally disliked by fans of every club he's played for no matter how good or bad. Liverpool lot don't like him Real Madrid are almost entirely indifferent to him Newcastle can't stand him Man Utd cant stand him Not sure on Stoke, but cant remember them being particularly fond Plenty of players that almost everyone hates, but their own fans seem to love them...Bellamy, Suarez etc Got to be someone else as bad or worse than Owen surely

Please do, then this argument that he never gets 'top jobs' because he is black can finally be put to rest after running one of the most intolerant clubs in the country.
-
Piling on the pounds since retirement. Never noticed till last night. Another year or two and he'll be rivalling Micky Quinn
-
even worse when it translates to about one shot every three games
-
Bellamy at Feyenoord for importance Cisse against Chelsea for amazement This season just seeing a goal is a plus
-
Result could go either way, but i predict <35% Possession, <10 Shots in total, 1 or 2 on target, and out-passed by at least 50%
-
Literally everything about that was predictable.

Yeah that Grealish, what a waste of space he turned out to be
-
This. Almost certain that Ashley/Charnley/Bruce are just playing a real life version of FM2014 where you sign a free player with a fairly decent reputation purely with the intention of selling them to boost the coffers. Ironically, Colback was great in the game for doing that
-
Looks like a bond villian
-
Quite incredible that the most we've ever put out the same 11 is 10 times. Could have sworn Pardew would have higher numbers than that
-
My goodness Can't wait till we play Liverpool ... Forfeiting the actual match would be less embarrassing than playing in it will inevitably be. Might even save the goal difference a bit!
-
This needs circulating far more. Arguably only Norwich worse across 50 clubs
-
Not watched, seen or heard anything about this march so far other than seeing score here. Presumably we've made Southampton look like one of the greatest ever teams
-
My perception is that under Ashely's tenure we make the most average of teams/players look much better than they actually are. This is correct...regardless of the side, our lot generally make them look like prime-Barcelona. Brighton was a good example

Comments like this deserve highlighting just to show up his and the club's disgraceful attitude. It would be a hell of a lot more refreshing to see us challenging
