If we are serious about getting Berahino in we need to do it before we buy Townsend, because if its a cash deal for Townsend, Spurs may then have enough cash to outbid us on Berahino.

If the board are not going to back mclaren with at least on EPL class striker they may as well sack him and see if someone else can get these players winning games or at least scoring goals

Its quite a damning indictment of Madely that Mourinho is currently having to answer an FA charge for comments he made regarding the officiating prowess of Madely in the Chelsea Southampton game. They need to bring in the same system that they have in cricket, i.e. a TV review of a penalty decision, either for or against, or a sending off decision. Said review to be requested by the captain after briefly consulting with the deemed offender/offendee. Review requests limited to 2 i.e. one each half.

Their are far too many red cards and penalties and it's ruining the game of football. No thought is given to the contest being as good as over once a red card has been given.

When the ball was played to Jaanmat the only player in an offside position was Perez in the middle. Not interfering with play but when the ball was crossed Perez flicked it on to Mitro and he made himself active hence the offside decision to disallow the goal.
