  1. Celtic are going to be full of character next season.
  2. As I've already said... why are people worried? Rafa and Charnley are next due to meet on Monday, all details agreed verbally are currently being drafted into formal documents. This was known since Tuesday of this week, there has been and there will be no more news until early next week. Nothing new can be reported if nothing new has happened If he was going to leave, he already would have.
  3. Are you trying to tell us what Pardew is? He's definitely flukey. I'm not saying Palace will win, but it's nowhere near as clear cut as you're making out right now. I was on here throughout his reign. Obviously you all know better but I wouldn't particularly call him flukey considering how it's obvious he has no plan B when his teams get found out. I'm just absolutely convinced we'll win this comfortably tomorrow. Absolutely agree with that. 3-0/4-0 tomorrow. Man Utd look a much better team recently.
  4. Why on Earth would his agent tweet something like that if it is as serious as this? Cannot believe that there has been no official communication either way.
  5. James Linnington - hasnt he ref'ed us and fucked up before?
  6. Imagine being Peter Crouch man. Fucking ugly lanky stain of piss but playing the beautiful game, earning millions of pounds and shagging that beauty. What a life.
  7. They do still ref now and again in the Championship you'll be afraid to hear. Madley named as Championship play off final referee. Unreal It's a shame he's not cocked up for one of the big teams, he'll soon be struck off then.
  8. Personally think it is a good idea, will help smaller clubs compete and reduce the number of games in the current divisions of 24 teams.
  9. He might do well in terms of effort, but he'll not turn into a great player overnight. His final ball/decision will still be shit and he'll still frustrate more than he pleases.
  10. Of course the transfer funds available would be a key part of Rafa's decision. BBC just pointing out the obvious, they may as well have wrote an article saying "Rafa will only stay on as manager, not a physio". I thought it was common knowledge that NUFC and Rafa met twice this week and had arranged to meet again next Monday after the contracts etc had been drawn up? There will be no more news until early next week at the earliest, all articles between now and then are just speculation/reaffirming what we already know.
  11. Didnt sound too convincing that he wanted to stay on the SSN video.
  12. Shelvey would destroy the Championship. Good player but has too many 'off days'.
  13. Yep. Get someone in who contributes more. That shouldn't be too difficult. 3.5 seasons and 118 Premiership Games. 11 goals and 17 assists. Averages just over 3 goals a season and just under 5 assists per season. I'm sure we'll survive without him. That is incredible, shows what a total waste of space that he is.
  14. Wasn't this the same as when Ashley took over us? A wealthy man that literally nobody knew, kept himself private and barely even had a Wikipedia entry. Good luck In all seriousness, potentially good news for Villa but in these times you have no idea what the intentions are of a new owner. Only time will tell if this bloke has any ounce of common sense/football knowledge. Still think Villa will struggle to make the playoffs, a team absolutely full of awful players with no care at all. They'll have to sell 10+ and bring about the same number in, which would make it very difficult as you're effectively buying a new team. One player I do like is Mark Bunn, met him a few times when I was younger & working in hotels. I think he was at Blackburn at the time. Nice bloke who was more than happy to have a chat, seemed down to Earth.
  15. Great news, fuck off. West Ham will throw money at him too, happy days. Imagine getting £10m+ for this fraud!
  16. Bradford/Barnsley for me - good day out. Would rather not go to Millwall and have piss thrown at me.
  17. Think we should sack Rafa, get Pardew back in and play some neat counter attacking football.
  18. Never knew his son was Alan Carr
  19. Is it true that Rafa is there tonight (Man Utd game)? Heard a rumour earlier today that he was.
  20. I feel like we're only one or two posts away from arranging a scrap with the mackems down a local park. How bloody awful is this
  21. I don't understand what they are trying to show there
  22. The only stats that reflect on Sissoko's performance this year is the only one that matters: 1 goal in 39 appearances. The bloke has been pathetic, anyone who has actually watched his performances could see that. He's improved (well, started trying) since Rafa came in but that is not good enough. If he didn't down tools under SMC and tried all season, we might not be going to Burton next year. What games did he down tools in under SMC? The most obvious one that springs to mind was when he was boo'd off at home to Bournemouth because he was absolutely pathetic. I remember him walking around the pitch that day. That the one where he went off and then their left back scored a goal having done nothing while Sissoko was on that side? Sissoko being pathetic is now excused because someone scored a goal after he left the field. I've heard it all. Oh, because you love your stats - did you know that ALL of Sissoko's goals and assists have come at SJP this season? In 19 away games this year, his contribution has been 0 goals and 0 assists averaging 0.6 shots per game (and playing full games in nearly all of them). Utterly pathetic.
