I'd forgotten about Haidara Yeah, CB needs to be the priority for our next defensive signing. At least we have two good ones already. Aye, in a world where someone can demand £30m for Troy Deeney, you may as well just rip up the protocol for pricing footballers. The fees in todays market are daft, we wouldn't look out of place demanding £25m-£30m for Gini or Sissoko. Some fool would pay it too.

Sadly prolonged his stay with the club, which resulted in his performance and attitude souring. Was very good for us at times, which people often forget. Will not be missed and should have been shifted about 3 years ago. I look forward to seeing who his replacement is, although I'd be happy with a back-up player as I have every confidence in Lascelles and Mbemba next season.

He had a very good and short stay with us. He'll be remembered fondly and deserves to do well. It's a shame that it was Palace who came in for him, although I'll look forward to watching him play full back next season under Pardew.
