Obviously he may well have been pushing for the Coutinhio's and Sturridges too. Impossible to say which is why like has been said, it's very harsh to judge him on the transfers.

That's not what I'm getting at, if someone makes a run then it gives the player making the cross another option instead of what Thauvin had to do all 1st half which was to try and float it in. It also splits the defence as well. Agreed. Also makes the defenders uneasy if there's a hulking great Serb flying about.
