Not bringing in any quality is obviously poor but people are really underrating the players we've managed to keep a hold of with no European football.

Signing nobody is always a risk though. Singings improve the mood massively around the club, makes others up their game etc. ATM we look a bit flat and like we could do with some sort of boost. Guehi was an overpriced deal imo but think it was one that could have had a big knock on effect on the rest of the squad.

I think people quickly forget outside of the top two and probably Liverpool the chasing pack is really inconsistent. It's not just us. I've watched Man U scrape past Fulham and then lose to Brighton the week after. Watched Spurs concede to Leicester and shit themselves and end up being lucky not to lose the game. Having a few below par performances whilst picking up results really isn't anything to worry about.

Comical passage of play

Was a few games last season we switched to a 4231 with Bruno and Tonali deep and it worked really well. The 433 with no CDM setup can obviously work and when it does it's brilliant. But do feel we often suffer from a bit of lack of structure or/and control and can make games needlessly end to end.
