Liverpool have been poor for a few games in a row now.

It's not worth the risk at all mind. Underperforming keeper probably cost us Europe last season. Imagine the same happening again The fact that Dubs was so poor for us last season and still favourited over the Greek lad says a lot I reckon.

The whole thing seems a bit weird. All the noise is about us trying to convince him to stay despite him being under contract and the ones deciding wether to accept a bid or not. The fact that the 'bid' is essentially no fee makes it a no brainer to reject too. We can't just give our current starting keeper away mid season for nowt

Pretty much all his best traits are off the ball to be fair. His work rate, winning possession, pressing and covering for others and dragging opposition to create space. Most of his best performances tend to come against better sides. I mean he was poor by even his own standards on the ball yesterday but even at his best technically he's never been great. He was a very useful cog in the wheel for a while though.

Probably what spurred him on.

What a goal

Osula is so static.

Is that Sam Smith in goal for them?

Picked one up from Fenwick's, club shop sold out in large.

Got nowt on that Geordie lad on here who changed his support to Man U and was knocking around in full Man U goalkeeper kits with a captains armband in his 20's mind

Perfect scenario would be he signs a contract extension but with the same sort of deal agreed for him to leave in the summer instead. If not it obviously makes complete financial sense to cash in now if the rumoured fee is true, but definitely leaves you feeling nervous at the same time. Can fully understand EH not wanting to head into the next PL game with Vlach or Ruddy starting and knowing we are any sort of Pope setback/injury away from them having a run in the side. I'm not even sure I'd have Pope come straight back in anyway if Dubs was still here.

I can't even see how it's a debate for the final, I'd rather play anyone but Liverpool we are totally cursed against them.

Kingpin channeling Klopp on the touchline.

Werner would be lethal if he had a brain, and could kick a ball.

Tough would you rather? Be Harreslson in TD or experience getting Ange and Arteta meltdowns after beating Spurs and Arsenal in the space of a week.

Can't think of a media campaign this strong determined to link a specific player to a specific club in a long time, mind Could understand it if was based on bids or strong rumours from the Arsenal end but it's been driven by purely 'neutral' media outlets. Be watching this one on ITV I think. Sky will probably dedicate a segment on how he'd fit into the Arteta system and images of him knocked up in an Arsenal kit to show before the game.

Anderson would have been third choice LCM or LW here. He'd have barely got a kick for us with everyone fit.
-
We are one injury/suspension to Murphy, Isak or Gordon away from Barnes starting. Would be crazy to sell him in January especially as we paid £35m for him so not like it's a moneyspinner in terms of PSR either.

Doesn't he miss two league games as well as he's already been sent off?

Amorim is a clown, mind Forcing this daft 343 on a player's that clearly aren't suited to it and just racking up losses.
