As long as he scores two goals. Which he will.

This is it for me. I know positioning is a different term in football, but the way he positions his body, is almost as if he's maximising his options. Like he can change direction in the blink of an eye. I actually think he's a very intelligent player, who thinks a lot while on the pitch. Almost like he's applying game theory to his game. Sometimes he just needs to leather it though.

Is anybody booing anybody who died? I mean what would be the point? I agree the idea of singing the national anthem at Anfield, in order to get them to do something that damages all of us is stupidity. -

Who does it benefit [apart from SPORTbible of course] to report this? What is the response they hope for? -

Are you volunteering to gather the union jacks for the event? A bit more to it than a doff of a cap, I reckon. -

Drier than yesterday. Heaven must have cried itself out. -
He had a hip injury that he played through for some time. Ended up getting a rest eventually. I also remember Longstaff replacing him, early on one game, because of injury. Might have been the hip but think it was a hammy. Anyway, definitely missed a couple of games so the jinx is invalidated.

I'm sure at least 50% of Cisse's only succeeded because nobody expected him to try a shot. His knack for getting it on target in crazy situations is incredible.

How would a flag of us collecting the FA cup look odd? It's just topical. -

Now that the game's been cancelled I wouldn't bother, but this would have been perfect because it keeps the club as the centre of attention. -

I personally think that we should leave it up to the royal family, as to whether life goes on. Just because the queen has died doesn't mean the hereditary wisdom died with her. -

Obviously/ The country can still function without those earning 5 annual salaries per week. Can't function without the minimum wage crew. -

The economy is tanking. This is great news. It's like a tax on the poor football fan, but it doesn't get blamed on the government. -

I concur. It's fitting. That said, if the next game is outside the mourning period she can get tae fuck. -
Just glad queenie didn't die after saturday's games as all my team play sunday.

He's not actually. Was watching those clips of Callum Wilson's best goals, which turned out to be full highlights of the games, and you can see he made some good saves. Think Howe could have got him confident again, but he's out of the equation for now. I've not a scooby what level Gillespie is at, and you'd think a keeper that played the CL final would be better, but what's this about a head injury?
