Nobody deserves to be relegated more than the cunts running this club. They're an insult to the game. Anybody involved in the game should be rubbing their hands with glee at the prospect.
-
Aye. But the title of the thread is perfect. He's easily avoidable in general, and then "Alan Pardew Exists" comes into view, whispering memories in your ear.
-
Let's not rewrite history. Big Joe and ASM were forced upon him, just as they would have been forced on Rafa.
-
I hate this cunt as much as anybody but I think people are overdoing it, in light of that photograph. The photographer has done a good job, that's all I'll say on the topic.

Jesus wept. Claims to be a PL manager of some experience and comes out with that shit.

We’d still get £80-100m from Dubravka, ASM, Almiron, Wilson. The core of a good Championship team is still here and we’d spend £30-40m again on players to get us back up. Watford’s best players have pretty much all left and they’re still in the promotion hunt. Doubt Sheff Utd & WBA would be much of a threat. Think we’d still come up. Who's the Boss? Tony Danza? It won’t be Bruce. He’ll get someone cheap enough to not cost too much but experienced enough to get us promoted. It'll likely be Jones, I guess. I know he lifted things to a new level, but I don't think he guarantees promotion.

He fucking fell over trying to get the penalty. -
When has he had an alleged agreed 350 million price on the table? When we had two transfer windows and a full season ahead of us. That bid will not be on the table now, just like he upped the asking price in the summer, their valuation of the club will be lower now. Ashley has shown in the past that he'll gamble on us staying up rather than accept a lower offer. So you’re saying what I’m trying to say that no bid is on the table and is the exact reason why Ashley has not attempted one thing to guarantee safety as he would have if there had been. If this club is relegated there will be no takeover. No, I think there is probably some kind of bid still on the table (otherwise, why hasn't the loan between him and PCP been satisfied on Companies House?). I also think it's probably conditional on survival. I think that Ashley has not done one thing to guarantee safety because wants to pocket the full £350m and is willing to take the gamble that we could be relegated. Which is exactly what he did last season and the first time Staveley bid for the club. But I do agree that there will be no takeover if we go down because Ashley will again chose to gamble on us getting straight back up rather than reducing his valuation of the club. Still think if he knew he was getting a guaranteed 350m he would be doing more, in my personal opinion anyway as last season we were pretty safe after the Sheff Utd game at home and that no agreement was in place at any time during Steveley's original bid. I do agree on your second point though concerning relegation. He's probably decided £350 isn't enough. What's another £100million to a wealthy nation?

When you think about it we have such a variety of forward options we should be able to put pressure on any type of defensive set-up. Bruce bought 3 of them, so he really has no excuse. -
Did anybody challenge him? I mean if he gets sacked, he's getting the credit he deserves.
-
I think we signed Kitson as a last minute replacement after Ruddick broke Beardsley's cheekbone. Took a bit of shine off the excitement going in to the season, but he filled in well. I can't think of many players of that time that weren't [however briefly] heroes. That's the Keegan effect though, he just gets the best out of people, straight away. Edit: I wasn't sure if it was Malcolm Allen,, turns out it was.

I don't know enough about Allegri's teams, but I wouldn't begrudge anyone wanting to see a new manager come in if best case scenario happens re: takeover rather than trying to rekindle the past. Me, I just want to be tenth and see Rafa place his glasses away in his top pocket every few weeks. I'd be a happy Newcastle fan They're just effective tbh, they win things. He's also proven he can build and rebuild a squad which as another reason he appeals to me. Will be gutted if ends up at a different PL club. And I'd be dead chuffed if Rafa came back too, love the bloke and he clearly had a vision for this football club. Just prefer the idea of Allegri purely just because curiosity and the thought that you shouldn't go back. There's still thick bell ends amongst our fan base (nevermind the wider national picture) that buy the thought that he played shit boring anti football and a new name would probably get the entire fanbase united behind one guy. That may make Rafa appeal more to some like, proper siege mentality. Interesting. I hadn't considered this. Rafa coming back would add fuel to the current inferno. A new face who "deserves a chance" might be the best thing for all concerned. Although I think it would be difficult to construct an argument against Rafa's return whilst celebrating the takeover by [allegedly] the world's wealthiest murderers. But some will.

He's a fucking buffoon. I hope West Brom and Sheff Utd. do the same. Can't see them catching us but it would be lovely to see them get close enough to make him sweat. Straws and camels and all that.

Real happiness. Soon. When he signs for a real club. -
Rafa is as honourable as they come, but I wouldn't want a Rafa that was incentivised by money. I'm sure he'd do an adequate job, but it wouldn't be Rafa.

Been here 5 mins and already hates the cunt.

He's delighted that Jones is looking as shit as himself [without the services of the only competent forward on the books]. -
Is that true that his reg no. KK33 was a reference to Brut. I thought it was his age. Have vivid memories of him changing it to KK34 when he turned 34.
-
I think Roeder deserves a place in that list. Not the best manager, but a decent bloke all the same.
-
Malcolm Macdonald was excellent on it too as he was a fantastic sprinter. Yeah I remember SuperMac in it. I'm sure he snapped the bike chain in one race, I'm sure I'm not just making that up? Loved Superstars but it was so long ago I struggle to remember. I think Keegan had [what looked like] a pretty serious crash, on the bikes, but it may have been Supermac.

Fucking hell. A grown man like him crying about online death threats, it the refuge of the failure.
