Goes for quite a varied age range from what I’m reading on here

He’d be mental to sign a new contract with them now. Will have loads of suitors in the summer once they go down.
-
Good positivity. Maybe a tad OTT, but far better to go that way than the other IMO.
-
For elite level players, which has definitely been, and probably still is, even if he’s not shown it for a prolonged period now, football is far more than a job. It’s an all consuming, way of life. Rashford allowing it not to be that all consuming way of life in recent times, is probably why he’s dropped off. He gets a move, and gets back to that and you can see him picking up again.

Win some trophies? Play for England again? Go to another World Cup? There’s loads really. People are talking like he’s some pub player now. He’d be mental to jack it in. Obviously we don’t know the state of his finances away from football, but unless he’s been particularly reckless, he’ll already have secured the futures of the next couple of generations at the very least.
-
Yes, but even if it currently looks like he’s not really arsed about playing football, I’m sure he probably is. He’d basically be ending his career if he decided to just sit tight and he won’t want that.
-
Sitting tight for another three and half years seems a bit extreme mind.

Monument pint pic in 5,4,3….

Stadiums next to railway stations generally make away travel a million times easier.
-
Of course, but we’ve seen plenty players toss it in at a club for one reason or another, then move on and do well elsewhere. It’s not even necessarily a Man Utd thing (although their record in this regard since Ferguson left is dreadful), it might just be more about moving away from the area and is whatever is or isn’t going on around him. Still, it’s a monumental risk for anyone unless he agrees to a dramatic wage cut.
-
He would literally have to halve his wages. Wouldn’t actually be surprised if he’s a success again once he gets away from the toxic environment that’s currently surrounding him, but even ignoring finances, given pressing is clearly not one of his strengths, it’s never going to be here.

Hope they’re all fatigued to fuck then! 😂

You can’t win a treble carrying ‘shite’ players like. He made 37 starts that season so he was pretty integral to it all. But he has definitely dipped off considerably since then, even if I still wouldn’t class him as ‘shite’. Anyway, enough Jack Grealish in the Bruno thread.
-
Tbf Grealish was a fairly integral part of the team that won the treble. Admittedly not been the same since. Nunes is a bit of an odd one mind. Even though he looked like a decent player at Wolves he never seemed like a player that would be suited to a high-possession based team.

Be interesting to see if they rotate at all. Appreciate it’s just as big a game for them as it is us, but playing on Sunday night really doesn’t give them much turnaround time as they’ll probably be travelling up this afternoon.
-
Imagine it’s just a case of deleting them from the wallet of your old phone and downloading them to your new one. Similar to if you were passing them on to someone else.
-
Can’t think of another transfer of that size where the player has contributed virtually nothing. *even Antony has done a little bit
-
Miley played for the U21’s last night so doubt he starts tomorrow.
-
Yeah, sounds like maybe bench at Man Utd and/or Spurs.

Tindall > that little weirdo
-
They can’t afford him (unless they were to have a couple of big sales) would be the biggest issue I would suggest.
-
Botman will come back and, eventually, regain his place. And Burn is a more than adequate back-up. Bit of a wild take to claim he was “getting rinsed nearly every game” at left back. He had a period around February time where he struggled badly, but easy to forget he played left-back against PSG, directly up against Dembele, arguably the quickest about, and was great.
-
6 game ban would do nicely for us.
-
Nah, they’d have just give the goal

That Leeds gig was his last hurrah. Half a mill for four games then ride off into the sunset.
