  1. Only muppets. If he's out for the season would you say it was worth it? I would say that if it's an off the ball injiry like some people have said, then it probably would've happened in training or something anyway. You can't blame Rafa for wanting his main man in the side to avoid embarrassment, we've been appalling without him. It's exactly that reason we shouldn't be risking him, especially as he's picked up injuries already this season. If we can't avoid being appalling without him at the back against Luton then we've no chance of staying up. What do suggest we do then? Wrap him in cotton wool and keep him in a nice, secure box and only let him come out on matchday? Footballers get injured man, get over it! I've already suggested what to do....keep up. People have different opinions regarding football...OMFG!"$"£ get over it! You suggested playing "the kids", mint solution that like! Would love to know which ones you think are good enough to play at CB, as i can't think of any considering it's well known our development squads are s****.

  4. I guarantee if Lascelles hadn't started and we were losing this 1-0, people would be saying we should've played him. He's our best defender, our leader, most important player etc.
  5. The same thing just went through my mind when they didn't go there after the goal. They seem to have had an anti-Rafa agenda for a while aswell. Interesting.
  6. Bellamy would be a terrible manager. You need to have some sort of intelligence to manage people and he just hasn't got any. Comes across as a thick little bellend.
  7. Yes, I like Rob Lee and keen to hear his lads speak. Wonder what their accents are like? From the snippet I heard last night, not at all Geordie's and didn't even realise their Dad played for Newcastle Aye! Both have generic southern accents. No Geordie there at all.
  8. I wish that bellend would stop commenting on us as if he's got something to do with NUFC. He's desperate to be accepted by toon fans the little mackem rat.
  9. I find it incredible that you have a strong opinion on this. His wife's death and home situation is fuck all to do with anyone apart from him and his family.
  10. I can bet with you that if you play Mitrovic you will get the same amount of goals. After all, he scored 9 in his first season. Deeney isn't better than Mitrovic and we need someone else. Well it's a hypothetical bet because it's never going to happen. We're not going to spend what's needed to get a better player than Deeney, like. But spending 20mil on a player like Deeney? Come on, that's same as Andy Carroll to Liverpool for 35mil. Waste of money. It's not though. Unfortunately in 2018 that's what £20m gets you. Look at all of the other £20m transfer fees for attacking players in the last couple of windows and tell me which ones you'd consider to be worth it. I'd probably fail to pick a single player using the pre-TV deal transfer scale. That's what media wants you to think. You have a lot of good strikers for 8-13 mil that could easily score 10-15 goals. It's just everyone is saying that we need ''proven PL''. We don't. ''Proven PL'' striker will only cost more money than any other and probably won't score as many goals as we want. At this point we are in a situation where our scouting system is terrible. You can easily do the research too and find striker that will score 10-15 goals and cost less than Deeney. I bet you're mint in Career Mode on FIFA ?
  11. Mirallas is talented but definitely not a team player. I remember him taking the ball off the designated penalty taker (Lukaku, Baines?) a couple of years ago and then missing. He tends to shoot even if there are team mates in better positions than him, seen him do it a fair few times. Basically he's nowhere near as good as he thinks he is.
  12. Been mentioned before, but he always seems to achieve that stat. He did it in the Bundesliga and La Liga. Lejeune managed to win the most defensive aerial duels for Eibar last season too. Rafa obviously want us to play like a Pulis Stoke team in future. You reckon!?
  13. Just noticed that he's won the 3rd most aerial battles in the Premier League this season. I know a lot of people say he's absolutely useless, but when he's in the team we've got to be taking advantage of his aerial ability, surely? We should be getting more players around him to pick up the knockdowns or force opposition defenders into mistakes. I think the guy would be a lot more appreciated if we did. Here's the table if anyone's interested.... https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/players/aerial_won
  14. I'm assuming Deuce thought i meant he'd get tea-bagged or something?
  15. I've done it at Highfield Rd, in the Holte End at Villa Park and in the home stand at White Hart Lane. Villa definitely the diciest. Game as a dildo you pal!
  16. Fucking hell He would've got nutted within seconds if he was anywhere near me and my mates.
  17. I can see him getting sacked very soon and his media cockslaves like Tony Gayle giving it the old, "he didn't get enough time to stamp his mark on the club".
  18. I'm a big fan of Andre Schurrle, he'd solve so many of our attacking problems with his pace, workrate and end product. Probably not realistic unless we get taken over though. *edit* Just read in The Guardian that he's been mainly injured for the last 18 months and may be available for loan. Definitely worth the risk IMO.
  19. Carver to step up as caretaker for a while? That would be far too funny! It'll never happen.
  20. I can see him getting sacked in the next few weeks. Didn't West Brom sack that Spanish guy after a few games when he failed to win? Not sure if they still have the same owners mind.
  21. So bad to watch! Start fairly positively, score a goal, then cling on for dear life even if there's still 88 minutes to go. Disgusting person!
  22. I think Madrid will be all over him in the summer. Ronaldo is still great but he's definitely on the decline, i can't see them waiting around another season to find a replacement and Kane is the obvious choice. Also, he'd be mental not to go there.
