  1. For our lack of threat and entertainment, we're limiting them well imo. They look like they haven't a clue how to break us down - lots of sideways passing allowing us to get back into shape. That said, they've won quite a few crosses into the box so we need to start clearing a few more of those earlier and further.
  2. Never a free kick on the edge of the box there. He only give it because of the foul by Maximin which he played advantage on. Poor officiating.
  3. Fine by me. Good selection. Looking forward to seeing Carroll for more than 10 minutes - feel he's been coming on and trying to do too much, maybe we'll see a different game from him tonight.
  4. Still two more seasons on NBC after this one Really? Hopefully Arlo White doesn't make the switch with them. Rather him than misery Lee Dixon.
  5. That finish from Mane is class. Nout easy about taking that on first time.
  6. About as good as gets from Liverpool this.
  7. Very hard to disagree tbh. It's him or 3/4 others (VVD, B.Silva, Aguero, KDB). Mane & B.Silva for me though.
  8. The pass from Mane is fucking ridiculous. Liverpool's best player.
  9. Saint Allan as a Panini sticker/religious icon. What dinner breaks are made for.
  10. I'd look to shift Gayle to a champo team. Maybe part of a swap deal for Bowen? Or maybe Leeds/West Brom might fancy him still.
  11. Possibly one of the top 5 left backs in the league. Hugely impressive all-round footballer.

  13. For best, the obvious suspects: Ben Arfa v Blackburn Cisse v Chelsea 2.0 Cabaye v Man United For memorable: Cisse v Anzhi Makhachkala, Cisse v Southampton, Perez v Brighton, Shelvey v QPR, Tiote v Arsenal, Ben Arfa v Bolton Will be missing loads, like.
  14. The one we were after went to jail for a bit didn’t he? Ronnie was holding him back Mourinho seems to have some weird fetish for Eric Dier Linked with him loads at ManUtd Speaks Portuguese, kinship.
  15. I think we do though. He’s just criminally misused and out of form. Almiron does everything at 100mph, just like the rest of the team. It's all incredibly frantic. Grealish knows when to change the tempo Yep, coached better and more experience in the country. I'm not sure it's coaching and experience. I think they've very different in their approach to the game. Even if both on form, I don't think they'd be all that comparable. Almiron relies on athleticism and desire to get and create changes, whereas Grealish is much more calculated, drawing players in and playing intricate passes. He's very good. As is Almiron, just not at present unfortunately. Yeah I wouldn’t compare them like for like, but I just don’t agree that we haven’t got the quality to hurt teams like villa hurt us tonight. Agreed, I believe we have got the quality. We've seen it the past month or so. Many promising signs, hoping there's more to come going into the Christmas period despite a blip tonight.
  16. Pretty sure he was captain under Rafa at times too.
  17. I'd have them both in over some of the shite in that England midfield.

  19. Both points absolutely true. Particularly the first. lestalkabowfax (regarding the second point, I think we have players on his level in terms of intelligence & quality, but sadly not in his position)
