Think they just cant grasp the concept of stadiums selling out so not all fans are able to get in because they've never experienced it.

We'd have more of those people with more modcons to distract from the game and supporting the team. Seating and mobile phones is damage enough. I get that people want to move stadium but there's no logical reason why it would change the atmosphere for the better.

As facetious as I think your being, thats the only suggestion that would actually work, pendant on who got in. Everything else is pie in the sky, you just cannot undo quarter of a century of changing mindsets of football fans and expanding of fanbases married with watering down the hardcore.
