It was the worst season I'd ever seen for injuries like 2 months ago, now it's probably about 3x worse than the next worse season I've known for injuries

I understand why it's different, but if someone had said 4 points from Villa away and Luton at home, you'd still think of that as a brilliant return. No team with the injury woes we've had this season would make top 4, but despite everything I think I'd count top 7 as a successful season in the circumstances, albeit still an unbelievably frustrating one with some classic moments scattered about.

The injuries haven't once come up for air this season.

I was decorating while the match was on, but every time I looked up he looked really lively and playing well. I must have missed a canny bit if everyone's saying he was poor.

Good game and a shite but fair result. Overall a bit too 'job's done' for my liking at 1-0, 2-1, and 4-4, with us only seeming to want to go for it at 1-1, 2-3, 2-4 and 3-4. Defensively so poor, partly down to the midfield we have to play and partly because of issues we haven't rectified since AC Milan at home. We've seen that pattern of play for their 3rd too many times now. I don't like scapegoating and I still rate him overall, but I don't think anyone should be in any doubtgahat it's time for Livramento to come in for Burn and stay in. Our midfield and defence simply don't have the legs to cover for him. Despite that I thought the pen was unbelievably soft and that the ref was poor. Based on the confirmed 24-25 adidas template and the leaks that we've heard about it being similar to the 02-03 kit and having blue trim, I think we can probably expect something like this. The red numbers might go too, but I'm loathe to lose them personally.
