I wish people would stop trying to 'fix' the most popular fucking sport in the world. VAR was enough of a change and needs to be sorted with a properly integrated hawkeye style system. These proposed changes to offside and stoppage times are just farcical.

Unless you're talking Maldini and Baresi, then Ramos and Puyol sit comfortably alongside that lot like. Their ridiculous will to win is just an another attribute to their game as far as I'm concerned, both outstanding defenders and very good on the ball.

They're absolutely greats imo. Probably not in the best XI in my lifetime but only because the bar is incredibly high. Definitely wouldn't complain if others had them in theirs like, they were class.

We're owned by the people paying for a start. Other clubs wanting him is irrelevant really, there are countless examples of players being sold and the fee being based on what the seller and buyer are willing to sell/buy for, without any other club being in the picture. It's not unreasonable to say that the fee is a joke comparatively. My gut feeling is that we're deliberately undervaluing as part of showing how squeaky clean we're being with FFP, for whatever reason.

You don't have to think you know better to look at the fee for ASM and think it's shite. One has nothing to do with the other.
