I think Salah is a twat and a little bitch but he has been completely disrespected. Their whole team has been shite most of this season, in part due to the fuck arsing about with their system by buying loads of shiny new toys they didn’t need. When they gave him a new contract they were committing to him, they should have built a team to get the best out of him rather than the utter mess they’re in now. The whole side has been hopeless and the rat has in part caused it. Big player and huge voice to have on the sidelines and it’ll fuck their season.

Would take Robertson for a year or two. Would raise our standards in a way that Trippier did.

If you’re doing Scotland, I would say the sweet spot for the time you have is doing the west coast from Ullapool down to Oban and include Skye. Not sure I’d be that bothered about doing the NC 500…and if you focus more on the west coast, you can do Edinburgh and Glasgow potentially

You may struggle to get across to many of the Islands with that length of time. Skye is the exception as you can drive over the bridge.

I live in the Scottish Highlands. That time of year up here is probably the best time weather wise (not warm, but beautiful). Highlands can be very expensive and is absolutely massive to navigate, so definitely need cars. Edinburgh is world class, but I prefer Glasgow. Both awesome. Happy to provide some more tips if you’re coming over, I live in Inverness and I think there’s someone else up here who lives along towards Elgin.

I think he could still work as the focal point in a system that prioritises a low block/fast transitions approach. We probably need the following to work though… Hall and Tino to be fit. Tonali and Ramsey/Joe/Willock as 8s A 6 that sits and joins a 3 at the back when wingers bomb on Elanga to start and find form And a massive change to our pressing patterns and baiting the press from the opposition

He’s obviously not the plug and play option we needed. He doesn’t do any of the things we need the forward to do in this team. The team needs to evolve around him but we’re figuring it out on the go. He’s class but were suffering because we’re not able to be direct and threaten behind. Teams can push right up against us and press. There’s no fear

Agree with this 100%. Burn is a better defender at CB than Botman.
