Quality research by the tweeter. Was actually £10m and £40k average per employee. Which is a lower number for salary once you factor in NI, pension and other employer costs.
-
Are we expecting Cripple Cal back for Chelsea?
-
Clumsily worded tweet - apparently the redundancies saved £10m, so sacking Ten Slag would be lot more than that. https://amp.theguardian.com/football/article/2024/jul/05/sir-jim-ratcliffe-cuts-250-jobs-to-save-manchester-united-about-10m-a-year

More likely to be leaks on new food and beverage options and what they’re doing with the East Stand barrier bandit.

Think he means Todd Cantwell, the Primark Griezmann / Griezmann from Wish.

Just using ESL parlance to describe our goodselves. We aren’t the “fans of the future” who’ll “open access to new revenue streams”. Think I’ve just been sick in my mouth writing that last sentence…

I’m hoping a new ground with more tickets allows a lot of legacy fans the chance to get hold of ballot tickets rather than just these quilts with their social media culture.

Timo Obertan. Head down and hope for the best.

Man Utd and Liverpool linked in the press this morning.

Looks a shit league this year with next year’s reward to be relegation cannon fodder up for grabs.
-
Shitbags will be pulling for super leagues, extra overseas games, a franchise model and all sorts of contemptible shit from their own closed shop plastic sports.

Looks like he’s njoi-ing himself.

Ziegler going with Lawton’s original story on the City win.
-
I thought Lawton was close to Chelsea/Villa so could be briefing through one of them. Villa definitely have an axe to grind with these rules.
-
Number of journos - Lawton, Keegan running with a similar briefing.
-
Yep - pressing for damages for rules that were brought in purposely to stifle them. A lot of PL clubs are going to be pissed their revenues are being spent on the mistakes made by Masters to ingratiate himself with his Cartel Chums once they see the PL clawing back legal rebates from the central pot.

They’ll try and this is the part us, Villa and City need to steam in to shut them down. Any attempt to try and re-handcuff teams looks beyond suspect and collusion.
