Dirty fucking heathens.

Him not hammering one in for Villa on February 14th works for me.

Burn, Botman, Thiaw plus a younger RCB signing and that’s a good group for the 2026/2027 season.

Answer: Sven’s annual amortisation goes from £6.9m a year to £2.56m. So frees up a £23m player amortised over 5 years-ish. Wages not included.

Don’t think they need to worry about that. They’ll coast it judging by current form. A win v Everton this weekend and they’re firmly in the title race.
-
Forum favourite Lucas Paqueta being linked with a move back to Brazil. Flamengo and one other club trying to get him for £35m. Huge money for them.
-
This is such common sense. Particularly you’d imagine if we got back in the CL.
-
Feels like he does what Sandro does. Good for squad depth but agree we need a specialist. Either an out and out DCM or a Kees Smit who’ll help unlock a low block.
-
Good deal for them. Prepping for their UCL campaign next season.
-
Contract saying 2028 so he’s here for the foreseeable.

Scouse, playing for Man Utd. What’s not to despise?

Failed ID checks are canny. Just the 600 banned for touting despite thousands of tickets being up on resale sites for Barcelona…

So looking at the most first team games NUFC have played in a season, it looks like the 68/69 Fairs Cup winning team played 59 games. If we get through the CL Group, we’d be playing a minimum of 55. Every chance we can beat this by winning our play-off and getting to the semis of FA Cup, notwithstanding making the LC final. By comparison: 2003/04 - 57 games 1994/95 - 56 games 2002/03 - 54 games 2001/02 - 53 games 2004/05 - 52 games 1997/98 - 52 games 2023/24 - 51 games Either way, monster of a season that’s likely to be in our top 5 of most played games. From The Athletic: In the 84 days since the November international break, they have played 24 times. Champions League progression would make it 26, a game every 3.2 days across three months. Should Newcastle keep winning by March 22, they could play 33 matches inside 120 days.

Yep, that’s the thinking, although arguably Tripps and Krafth could cover but neither have been consistently fit too.
-
Presuming the extent of business will depend on flogging Osula and/or Willock too.
-
Presuming it’s farewell fair princes as they’re both out of contract this summer.
-
Hoping they reward such loyalty with a meek exit to Barnsley tonight.

This. We lost 6 of the 19 other PL clubs in the 3rd Round (hopefully 7 by tonight…) A similar number going out in the 4th Round would be great, especially a combination of City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Villa and Chelsea. Would then be great to pick a couple of the remainder off in the 5th and 6th rounds at SJP. Doing that to Spurs and Chelsea in the Fat Pat season was canny.

Any sort of success in the FA and CL and we’ll continue playing 2 games a week until late March. We can’t keep going with Lewis Hall alone and will need BDB for CB with Schar’s injury and Lascelles non-existence. I say get him back if we don’t want to compromise the summer budget.

I mean I see him as the perfect man to arrest the slide. Be just like the 90s, parties back at Casa Del Steve, team spirit through the roof. Who needs tactics or coaching anyway?
