Burn's a good defender and definitely a leader. Think it's perfectly fine to pick him. I like Schar as well. If anything I'd probably rather have Schar's passing that Burn's tallness overall but that's me. Two CBs who can pass the ball. l

Looking at fixtures in NUFC.com, last 5 clean sheets we kept (Bilbao, Spurs in the cup, Benfica, Forest, Union) Burn wasn't playing CB. Last time we held a late 1 goal lead (Man City) Burn wasn't playing.

For me I don't have a problem with sitting deep when the opposition has the ball at the end of games. I just wish we had a plan to not immediately give it straight back every time we do get it. Would be nice if we could just get on the ball & keep posession for a little bit at times. Make them chase. I think it's something we lack when the momentum in games is against us. Felt our threat was still very much linked to turnovers and set pieces as well. Without those we struggle. Second half we were a bit more aggressive I thought, Tino getting higher to press and we forced a few more errors to pounce on. Gordon started making things happen as well.

Overall thought a draw was a fair result anyway. Thought they were better first half, we were better second.

Better second half, most of us probably would have taken a draw at half time. Again though, just booted it away over and over again and sat back and invited pressure and eventually conceded. Had plenty of fresh legs to bring on too but didn't.

Had a look at his career history on that site. Primarily played LW in France with occasional centre forwarding and RWing. At Brentford basically covered both for a couple of years, squad role, not huge minutes, starting less than half the time. Mainly CF year before last with some wing appearances but usually starting now and more minutes. Only last year he played solely as a CF.
