TBG
He has done well to win over people so far. All the NE journos are creaming over being there watching the team that almost got relegated do star jumps and trampolining. No wonder the Chronic have been so positive this week, scared to be locked out of this huge occasion. Meanwhile another day comes and goes without signings.....two days til US tour, four weeks til the season starts Ryder is probably bouncing around on a Exercise Ball like a Space Hopper
Mike
McClaren is a good dude man. Really hope he does well. Our last manager was accusing spies of watching his sessions and barricading the team away. Idiot. What could you possibly learn spying on a Pardew/Carver training session. There wasn't even a ball.
KaKa
The guy was a crazy person.

sbnufc
It's a good gesture, regardless of whatever else is going on. Wey they'll obviously be doing a training session later as well like
Wallace
Scott Wilson @Scottwilsonecho 2 hrs2 hours ago #NUFC squad split into two for training games - looks like Steve McClaren overseeing the defence and Ian Cathro working mainly with attack. So can we blame McClaren if we concede goals and Cathro if we don't score them.

Dave
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/newcastle-boss-steve-mcclaren-bans-6035984 Two players were sent home from their first day of pre-season training because they were five minutes late reporting in. Ranger would have loved this.
nemtizz
Janmaat or Siem De Jong Genuinely gutted if he doesn't strip Colo of the captaincy and give it to one of these 2.
Ronaldo
Siem would be an absolute shoo-in for captaincy if his injury record didn't make Taylor almost look like Lampard.

AyeDubbleYoo
Colo has to be the worst captain at any club ever basically. Wants away, never speaks, crumbles under pressure, doesn't trust his teammates. Dat choice.
Interpolic
Still handwrites letters though, which is quite endearing. Swings and roundabouts.
