Crock sold to desperate northern club. End of story.

Balls, ive seen him play some of his best football for Ireland while he was here.

I've only ever seen him play one decent match for Newcastle, tbh.

Zulte (A)?

Korrekt.

Its probably going to be difficult to come back and play well no matter how hard he tries.

His injury sounds like a broken metatarsal only ten times worse, and we all know how long it takes a player to fully get over a broken foot.

Abiding memories are the own goal at Villa that got us relegated and the goal away to WBA first game in the Championship. Probably tells its own story.

Did so little of note all around. I don't recall him standing out as being pathetically bad relative to the players around him, but I can't remember a single thing about him other than the Villa own goal.

Scored one away at Villa as well.

Urgh.

Watched it in Players in the gate, sky cameras all over to capture it.

Obliterating them on our first home game back in the prem, on my birthday no less, cheered me right the fuck up.  Fantastic time to be up in the 'singing section'.

Says everything you need to know about Duff's legacy.

Was it just apathy or was the forum much smaller then, as he got no grief two years after that last post? I think I was on nufc-forum at the time, never liked ToonTastic or whatever it was called.

It was still going not too long ago wasn't it?  Very small userbase but thick as thieves. Very cliquey but had some well respected users from back in the day.

Oh, he's got a lot grief, just nobody thought we needed a separate thread to vent. It's scattered around in orher threads.

Damien Muff.

I went one better. Mamien Muff. Still call him that to this day.

Was also super excited when we got him for only 5 million. Turns out Chelsea knew what they were doing. Had a decent career at Fulham afterward though, old Mamien.
