PM
"Newcastle are week by week losing the ability to play football" - Mick Lowes He lost his ability to be a non-tool years and years ago. When he joined Radio Newcastle, actually. So he's wrong then?
Pokerprince2004
After we looked like we'd turned the corner I was up for seeing what he'd do with some cash in Jan but now he's looking more like a liabilty! I would say a lucky 2-1 win v brum, even luckier 1-0 win v fulham and a fortunate draw at home to Derby is hardly turning the corner
Big Geordie
Awful - simply awful. I'll echo what Mick Lowes and John Anderson said just there - it's worrying because we seem to have lost the ability to play association football. This from a manager who is supposed to be 'tactically astute', not to mention players who are Internationals and on wages to rival that of a player at a top 4 club. Worrying indeed. Skirge
In the past we had good reason to whinge about shocking referee's costing us games, now we have the bigger worry of a manager that seems to be out of his depth..

Guest Knightrider
Kevin Keegan and Alan Shearer together is what Big Mike wants, I think he may now step up his attempts at getting that done!! WHAT? Not this s**** again man. I am not saying its what I want but I do think its what Mike wants, Jose for me is what we need but that won't happen Any proof or this just a hunch? Consequence is that players simply don't listen to him anymore---who dare to listen to a deadbody?

chicago_shearer
If he did go, it would have to be Shearer or Keegan. Because I honestly can't see a non-supporter being interested in what would certainly become the worst job in English football.
