Crying Nork, People's Rooney, Jong Tae-Se...

Has joined Vfl Bochum in the second tier of German football.

€250,000 is the reported fee, within our price range!

Here mate have you heard about the Bismarck sinking? :fishing:

Nah, I haven't. What's that?

We've apparently signed Micah Richards.

Surely Tottenham don't need another a RB. Reckon a change of scenery would do him good but at the same time City would be silly to sell.

still think he'll end up centre half.

Van der Wiel to Bayern Munich seems as good as done.

Wait for Van Gaal to build himself a dutch team again (Braafheid, Van Bommel, Robben and now Van der Wiel) and to fail like he did at Barcelona.

Improvement on Badstuber IMO. Lahm back to LB unless he see V.D.W as a centre back.

No. Inter won the treble. Bayern came into the final because they had Robben & luck.

Don't think Lahm will go back to left back. He seems to have become a real world class player on the right side. VdW will probably be centre back as replacement or cover for Van Buyten/Demicheles.

So the German double then, yeah sorry.  Abject failure, I agree.

They'll be in the news trying for everyone in a hope to shift season tickets, they'll sign no one.

Yeah, they won the double - which is quite what Bayern should win every season without problems.

which they did, so how exactly is he going to fail?  not winning the CL you mean?

I don't think he'll fail. More of a hope it is.

Just remember his time at Barca were he once had 6 (?) dutch players in his starting XI and the fans wanted him to go back to the Netherlands.

I can see the same happening at Bayern as soon as he does that and as soon as he will lose a few games in a row. But as I've said - more of a hope to see Bayern fail (and van Gaal)

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says he will "make an announcement on the goalkeeping situation after the World Cup".

Wenger, who has been linked with moves for Fulham's Mark Schwarzer and Portugal international keeper Eduardo, said: "[Current number one] Manuel Almunia is a talented goalkeeper. In training, he is superb, the only problem is that he gets nervous on big matches, thereby making silly mistakes." (The Standard - Kenyan newspaper)
