Having interviewed countless people over the years, I don't think I'd ever have turned someone down for having a face tattoo. Obviously in some industries it would be a no-go but generally I don't think it should be a barrier to employment per-se.

However I have instantly failed people for turning up in shorts, trainers, tracksuits etc. Scruffy cunts.

Who turns up to an interview in a track suit? I wouldn't even dare show up to one without a tie

There are concealers you can get to cover up your tattoos. Obviously a lot of work if you're covered in them:

What consists of a "small face tattoo"? And what did an intelligent man think he was expressing by getting it?

Late in response.  It's a small cross (not religious) beneath his eye.  His neck is visibily tattoo'd as well.  A few different things.  His hands are tattoo'd too.  They are all done by some of the best tattooist around to be fair to him.  His tatoo's in total probably cost several thousand pounds.

I have to admit my point about him i kind of unfair.  His main area of lecturing is in tatoos/body modification as an art form.

He's lectured all over the world, even been on "this morning" talking about it.  You can find preserved body parts which have been preserved for the tattoos.

My mate got one on holiday that says "Beast" or something with an arrow pointing towards his cock. Clearly done with the intention of looking like some massive lad who was just so pissed up that he went mental but it really just looks fucking pathetic.

I do love properly done tattoos though, just not on peoples faces. There's a very select group of people who can get away with that.

Btw, i said of visible tattoo's.  I someone dressed in a work attire so you couldn't see them then I don't have a problem with them.  Thinking of getting a one for my back at the moment.

At some point the tattooist should have said "Had on pet, you don't need this many, you've made your point. I'm going to stop at 15."
