Nobby Solanos where he crosses himself then points at the player that came up with the assist. It just tells you everything about what sort of person he is.

i like shearers cos it was just natural, didn't seem planned or as if he thought "have to do 'the' celebration now"

Plus it was a joyous celebration meant for his own fans, not one of those "in your face" ones or like Henry would often do when he couldnt even manage a smile.

Had to say I really enjoyed when Edgar scored against Man U - you could really tell how much it mattered to him, it was one of the purest forms of joy I had ever seen from scoring a goal.

I also love when Marlon King scores and he does the bow & arrow.

Fowler sniffing the line in response to Everton supporers berating him about alleged coke sniffing rumours

Ian Wright`s celebration re-enacting the ref`s dive (Di Canio)

Cantons`s smug celebration when he scored against Sunderland

I like Batistuta`s machine gun celebration also

Tim Cahills and Robbie Keane`s are just annoying

Pippo Inzaghi, anyone?  :smitten:

He'd celebrate like he scored a World Cup winner even if he poked the ball across the line 2 yards out when his team's leading 3-0

Marco Tardelli's in the 1982 world cup final. He nearly burst into tears.

Charlie George where he used to just lay down. Did anyone do signature celebrations back then?

Emelyn Hughes where you could quite clearly hear him shout 'Yes! Fucking get in' in his high-pitched voice.

Can't believe youtube - they simply have everything.

Couldn't find a pic of the actual celebration, this is just the aftermath. :D

Shearer's first game back from injury IIRC.

aye i remember Peter Beardlsey in the bolton team, standing in the semi circle clapping Shearer on when he came on as a sub

see,  why can't this come up in pub quizes?  To me thats trivia.

But no, the quizmaster in my local would rather know who discovered Pluto...

Pop Quiz:

The only player to play for both top flight teams in Liverpool and Manchester?
