No, he cant stay fit. If we were to try and get anyone from their team it would be......actually, I've just checked their squad and I don't think there's anyone Id go for.

No...the guy can't have scored more than 10 goals in the last two and a half seasons. We need to look for players that might actually play and produce in the year 2008, and not the year 2003.

Clueless.

Good argument.

I thought so.  :-*

In what way? Because I disagree that we should sign 29 year old players who have horrible fitness records and have been horrendous signings for their last two clubs? F***...I wonder if Blackburn fans are lobbying to get Damien Duff back? Time to move on.

Actually West Ham fans love him.

Rotated around like an arse at Liverpool didnt help.

I sure they love him after the 4 or so goals he's scored for them. Carlton (How the f*** am I still in the Premier League) Cole has been more productive for them. Bellamy not a terrible player...it's just that all signs point to avoiding him.

I counted 11. Unless you're including Wales.

When we lack depth and are in massive turmoil, I couldn't think of many worse players to bring in than a really injury prone, negative attention attracting mouthy twat.

The best players are. It's a character trait.

So you'd describe Shearer as a "really injury prone, negative attention attracting mouthy twat"?

Injury-prone would be a bit harsh, but otherwise that isn't too inaccurate a description.

On the break? Gawd blimey have some of thaaaat!  O0

He's had injury problems throughout his career, before he came to us, while he was here, and since he's left. For that reason only, I have to reluctantly say no.

No, but I was wrong too: 9 goals at Liverpool in 2006-07, 4 last season at West Ham, one this season.

Carlton Cole has scored 8 goals for them. Bellamy has scored 4. (Though, looking at it now, Cole has had one more season) I'm not saying Cole is better. He isn't. I'm just throwing out some statistics here.

The year we sold him and the year after with Blackburn, cant remember too much of his time at Liverpool his fitness was really good.  I say he is worth the gamble, especially if we are in a relegation fight.

For 5 million who else could we bring in who has more ability, honestly?

That's only part of what he brings to the table imo.

He collected 4 free kicks on Monday and was at the center of nearly every dangerous attacking move.

Pretty good football nous as well.
